我的一次亲身经历是，自己面某IT公司，面试官是个索男，全程无笑容，面完杳无音信
，发信不理。几个月后，师妹面同职位，直接放水给offer。事实是师妹水平并不比我
好，所以结论很明确，索男面试官是biased。
板上其他抱怨，大多是老中面试官态度屌，不难倒你誓不罢休，但你如何证明这个老中
对其他面试者，其他族裔不是同样很屌呢？你能给出证明老中面试官偏爱异性/异族面

过去的时候是没有办法获得的，所以是无效的，是BIASED的。
最明显的例子是你把现存的基金取一个平均数，你会发现它比大盘跑的好。但是你这样
做忽视了那些跑的不好的被关掉的基金。所以你现在观察到的基金是有BIASED的，你不
能拿它直接和大盘比，要比较的话要把所有历史上存在过的基金全部找出来，然后去平
均和大盘比。这样你才知道基金是不是能跑过大盘--换句话讲，基金经理到底有没有挑
选股票或者时机的能力。
上面的例子很明显，其实比较隐藏的例子也很多。比如如果你突然有一个IDEA，你觉得
所有ID是两位数的股票（0000XX和6000XX）比大盘好，你要验证的时候你必须要包括所
有活着的和DELIST的股票。否则只统计现在存在的股票就是有SURVIVAl BIASED.
再比如，GUANJIU每天统计在不同价格区段（<$5,5-20$,20-50$,50-100$,>100$)的股票
当日的表现（好像是这么个意思吧）。如果他选择今天收盘的价格作为股票区间划分凭

有没有Email做证 据? 最后，反倒诬陷我撒谎）。

反了超短的基本原则，只做强势龙头 或者只做底部台升
还有，楼主兄弟，不要以为涨停敢死队都是神话。每天抓个涨停有什么难的。涨停股必
有先兆。难的是你不太可能孤注一掷顶一个上，选几个然后每天收盘看是不是跑赢大盘。
下点功夫biased怎么了？不要把a股和美国比较。美国这里公众对于一般股票的了解几
乎是0。中国这里像westing这样能背出代码一半以上的不是少数。全市场能有短线龙头
样的股票，每天不超过100只。听上去有点多哈？嘿嘿。
比如双钱我跟的时候说过了，老庄，拉了就要跟，次日不涨停就可以出。（因为它拉了
就应该连续拉。）是biased。你看biased错了没有？
比如周一益生股份，周五停拍。周五圣农涨停。那么益生周一平开，你买入基本就是风
险狠小。 美国这里不会出现这样的检钱机会因为它会周一马上跳空高开（香港也是。
缺口无数，不补）。可是中国不是。
