还有各种花招，比如difined contribution单位有matching，defined benefits没有（
其实是表面看不出来而已）。最搞笑的是假如同时投403（b）和Defined Contribution
，总额还是不能超IRS的上限。
我自己初步算了一下，要想达到Defined Benefits同样的好处，defined contribution
每年的return要达到8%以上才行，立马选了Defined Benefits。当然，计算中是用预计
的，比如俺能够活多久之类，我有信心自己能比平均活得常，这样肯定是固定退休金划
算。——另一个最重要的因素是：我403(b)已经放满，只有选defined benifits才能
Max out。
是的，都投多花钱，这是没有办法的事情。具体你还是要自己算，因为各家的情况都不

上周3一个recruiter打电话联系我，说有个职位，问我感兴趣否。我说有兴趣，当场就
确定了电面时间。
这礼拜一，L公司的部门director打电话面了，立马要我这周四（也就是昨天）onsite
。让我自己订机票，给recruiter联系reimbursement。
然后就是昨天跑去onsite，见了director，VP和group leader。感觉一切都挺好，公司
也还不错。到了机场的时候听到recruiter的留言，打过去说那家公司决定“put you
on board”。然后说有些offer细节要跟我讲讲, 问我要多少钱。我就根据你的经验，
这个职位standar的工资是多少，他就说半年前他们hire了个phD，是36刀/hour，所以
director说最多就这么多。没有benifit，relocate包张机票和一周的旅馆。
回到家看信箱，收到recruiter发的信，title是offer letter。信的内容大致是这样的
，注意，信里提到的Allied sensor，LLC并不是我面试的L公司！！！

我面的公司的程序是每个面试我的employee需要submit他们的意见，然后开会决定。但
是我感觉Hiring Manager的意见最重要。
面试的时候感觉都蛮好的，问题也都回答得可以。不过这是第二个面试，没什么经验，

较急着要人干活的样子，和原来的工作几乎完全match，主要是一年没有工作，还要办
h1b，也不敢和他们提到这些，薪水也一分钱都没有还，直接就接受了。如果是骑驴找
马，那是一定会和公司谈条件的。工作是比较偏的IT领域，他们要有经验的人也不容易
。可是就是不敢和他们讨价还价。
电面前recruiter给了一个薪水，manager电面后，recruiter又说了一个数字，比头一天多2k，不知道是不是工作太match了，还是他们也发现他们给的薪水相对工作经验太低了。能再问问公司具体的benifit和relocation吗？就是不太敢，怕节外生枝。 |

老公刚在CO找到工作，搬过去不久，本来打算毕业了先去那边团聚，再找当地工作，因
为小孩才17个月大。但突然收到一个contract的工作offer，在NY农村，年薪大概90k，
没有其他benifit，专业非常对口，又随时能走，而CO对口专业的工作机会不多，很可
能一时难以找到，但考虑如果这样一来和老公距离实在太远，所以很难作出决定。
我是应该接受offer，先搬去NY工作一段时间，再慢慢找其他机会，还是放弃，直接搬
