我家孩子和一家美国人的孩子一起成长，10年了，从date care时候认识的。大约7岁的
时候，他们要把Anna改成Jack. 我太不同意了。我坚决我的的Anna. 孩子的妈妈是哈佛
大学生物系毕业，外婆外婆是standord 教授。外婆也坚决要原来的Anna. 我相信周围
的朋友都是支持Jack的。经历了3年，我明白了他们不会打激素，就是因为爱，这个父
母要通过重重的社会阻力做这事，而且孩子的Grade improve 了，much happier.，因

1. Post: Assistant Professor (Academic Staff at Job Band A2)
2. Terms of Appointment: 3-year fixed term gratuity-bearing contract
3. Contract Period/Duration of Appointment: Your appointment shall become
effective from 27 February 2017 to 30 June 2020 inclusive of leave.
后面就一些salary，benifit，housing allowance之类的，都没有说tenure-track的问
题呢。。我现在也怀疑不知道有没有什么问题。。。。不过回过头来想，应该默认是
tenure-track的offer吧，因为onsite 的时候有问拿tenure的条件。。。。 |

1. SSN继续交，以后也有social security 可以领
2. 有一个小小的pensension， 5年vest。但是pension的rate只有1%： 工作year * 1%.
3. 还有个TCP plan，和401K差不多，自己contribute，gov match upto 4%.
请问这样的Fed retirement 大杂烩计划大家都怎么maximum potential benefit呀？

我个人觉得合同机不好弄，利润比裸机大得多，但麻烦也多一些。我自己高了两三个轮
回就撤了，但是相信勤奋的护士会搞的。
你这个价格就是把护士的所有benifit算清了，利润不错，但是一旦货元激增，或者裸
机可解锁了，那入plan，搞轮回的护士会抱怨的。
假设，假设呀，2周后裸机可解锁，裸机㊣30，合同机㊣100，搞合同机的人又去忙活裸
