make you through.
Business owner would expand his business only when marginal benefit beats
marginal cost. If the consumer base is significantly limited, since the
scale of economics is not there, so not much extra benefit would be brought
in. So owners keep their business tight, or even shrink it further. Then we

Preventive care are beneficial both for patients and the insurances
companies. Reason is very simple - "Spend less upfront in order to avoid
paying big in the long term". Insurance companies have incentives to do so,
and they update their list according to most accepted recommendations from
medical research and medical professional panels.
