最近在吧里看到好多关于讨论ICC的帖子，我觉得自己可以根据自己的ICC经历，给考虑
去ICC的同学一些帮助，不喜勿喷。
首先介绍一下我自己，传说中的废物金融硕士MSF毕业，找工作半年未果投奔ICC，现在
在ICC工作。
谁应该读这篇文章：
1. 工科/理科背景，想留在美国。
2. 非牛，尝试过找工作，确定自己在身份失效前难找到工作。
3. 对ICC的基本概念，行业现状有所基本了解
4. 交流能力强（不全指口语好词汇量大，更多的是一种交流思维）

李小琳何许人也？从出身来讲，她是不折不扣的“官二代”，从她自己本人所“创造
”的身份来讲，她是“电力一姐”。如此大有来头的身份，因为在瑞士银行的存款，在

我知道根据美国历史学家的记载，南北战争中，美国死于战争的人数一直远高于其死于
与外敌战争的人数的总和，包括两次世界大战，一直到越南战争才被超过。在美国内战
中，共60万人死于战火，考虑到当时美国的人口数，这个比例是非常惊人的，肯定有无
数的非战斗人员被杀死。

果台湾在两岸战争中胜利了，就犹如美国独立战争一样，台湾共和国诞生，中国就吞下
分裂的苦果。两岸战争的性质，是中华民族复兴之战，也是反分裂之战，更像美国的南
北战争。
两岸之战，只有一个结果，就是统一。如果解放军攻击受挫，还会再攻击，就犹如隋唐

（一）有关美国南北战争，一般被认为是“解放奴隶的战争”，如果了解一下历史，就
会发现完全不是这样——美国南北战争并不是解放奴隶的战争，而是一场金融战役。
（二）1862年8月14日，林肯第一次接见自由黑人委员会时说：“为了你们的种族和我
们的种族，离开美国，到中美洲去创业，因为那里有港口、煤矿，并且交通方便，气候
也适合黑人的身体条件”（白丁.林肯的污点 把黑人迁出美国：世界博览.2007，3）。
（三）林肯之所以宣布“解放奴隶”，是由于兵员缺乏、战事不利。1862年，内战中的
联邦军队依然处于劣势。为扭转战局，林肯在1862年12月1日的总统年度咨文中提出有
偿释放奴隶与将被解放黑人迁移出境相结合的计划。为了向南方妥协，林肯提出逐步有
偿释放奴隶；而为减轻北方的顾虑，他提出了送被解放的黑人到海外殖民的计划。“黑
