Sprint信号好的地方Ringplus信号就好，
我个人的使用经验是Sprint信号跟ATT相当，比TMobile好，

R+的特色是免费或低价的计划，如果选得好，电话，短信，和流量都够用。
R+号称之所以能免费或低价, 是因为他们使用了独家技术，可以投放广告。
我觉得他们投放的广告收益远不能维持这些免费或低价计划。所以R+能撑多久是个问题。
R+语音质量跟计划相关，在后面详细介绍。
个人认为RP的Ad计划一定不能用作主力电话服务。
RP的MAD计划可以作为主力电话服务。
R+的客服很差，电话基本打不通，有问题可以在论坛问，或者卡ticket。

在阅读你们的blog和回帖后，突然发现我的J1 visa的annotion栏写着“Bearer is not
subject to section 212(e). Two year rule does not apply”，而且我的第一张DS
-2019表上的non objective statement也是被check的。但是在我到达美国后，他们对
我的ds2019做了修改，主要是改start date，因为我入境比原始ds2019表上的时间晚，
于是他们就release了一张新的ds2019表，start date改了，但是non objective
statement的check也没了。之后我又有了几张extention的ds2019表，都是改了时间，

塔帕尼拉是纽约州人，自1969年起一直在加拿大生活。对于无数人趋之若鹜的美国国籍，她选择了放弃。做出同样选择的人还有很多。2013年，放弃美国国籍或终止永久居住权的人达到2999人，创下了新的记录，其中多数人都被认为是为了避税才这样做。
然而，事实远比这复杂。专家称，联邦政府对涉及逃税的海外美国公民穷追不舍，确实促使不少人放弃国籍。但是，弃籍者对这种“避税流氓”的刻板印象嗤之以鼻。很多弃籍者都是平民百姓。
