barbaric这个词来形容欧洲以外民族了。你用来用去，一不留神人家就用在你头上了。
你又不是欧洲人，别跟着瞎起哄。而且蒙古人到了西征的时候已经不那么穷了，也没有
你想象的那样“野蛮”。起码蒙古人对不同宗教很宽容，即使二代汗们受基督教影响比
较多些，也没搞过宗教清洗。也没像花剌子末和欧洲人那样动不动就残害使者，更不像
欧亚各国那样喜欢搞酷刑。成吉思汗时期，蒙古人搞的最残酷的也不过支口大锅煮俘虏
泄愤而已，和欧亚大陆老牌帝国比起来，只能说是过于缺乏酷刑方面的想象力。我所知
的蒙古人最有名的酷刑是贵由清洗他老妈政治势力时干过的。就是那个还是带有典型的
基督教国家的酷刑特征。元朝的刑法还是相当宽松的，比当时的南宋和后来的明朝都宽
松。这点明人是承认的，同时还是带有批评态度的，认为元律法过于宽松。

我来说说。
1. 首先，我对佛教没了解。
因为佛祖没有留下书面文字，
不光如此，连同年代的烙印弟子
敌人学者都没有留下书面文字, 没有
任何佐证，peer review。 所以
佛教所有的早期经典都是口述。 口传最大
的问题就是死无对证，夸大，遗漏，故意
非故意误传谬传。 有1/10是真的，已经很了不起了。
道家道教都是源于道德经。 而道德经
也是老子（本身是史学大牛），根据周朝几百年
积累的皇家传书，甚至集商朝几百年的
历史经验之大成。当时还有很多同时代
的学者分布着周朝首都和各个诸侯国，
所以道德经是经过Peer review的。

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

Had the assassination succeeded, the assassin would have threw away most of
the Japanese gains in that war in one stroke.
Even through the assassination failed, Japan still was considered as
barbaric by western powers. LiHongZhang could have put tremendous
