Yanwen Shang It's not just about mistaking the pictures, it's about
mistaking the ideology sides. I had always assumed such a barbaric action
treating their soldiers like non-human is only appreciated in countries
under dictatorship such as China, and India, as the model democracy in Asia,

LHC去。
我老估计LHC也跟Tevatron差不多。new physics估计还得再等10年。 |

是一个数量级的，需要的luminosity也大的多，一般tevatron的一个precision
measurement需要的数据用磁盘大小说大概是1000-3000TB, 你一个man power, 光准备
这些数据就要1-3个月。LHC这种从first collision到first publication draft, 估计
至少得2年时间。别的不说，CMS/Atlas/D0/CDF 光authorship rule都要求at least
one year residency, 半年能让你publish paper?
不了解别误导人家。 |
