发帖数: 997 | 7 装线的步骤，把线穿过杆上的guide，最后有一个纵向的是挂鱼钩的，不需要穿过，拉
到线轴附近。
reel上面有个半圆型的金属圈，叫做bail，把它先打开。然后把线套在线轴上，拉紧。
再把Bail合上，这时候bail一边的轴就会压住线。这时候旋转把手，bail就会旋转起来
，把线绕在线轴上。
抛投时候用手先按住线，打开bail，线就可以自由出了。 |

sports climber，trad也爬过些single-pitch了，但爬multi-pitch简直就让人发指。
我们等她lead一个pitch等得都快冻死了。天都快黑了还非要lead一个5.9 full rope-
length pitch，本来说好了bail的，等她上来不由分说就一定要lead，而且还是trad
anchor，最后所有人只能leave gear and bail in the dark。下来以后居然还一点都
不feel sorry，下到底下不停地兴奋地说自己那个pitch怎么惊险，我在大黑天地了
trail，站在那里等她，都想骂娘了，不知道没到家你就还没安全啊。晚上睡觉前说，
今天真是good day啊，我都想打人了，13 hr day, bail in the dark，没有epic的唯
一原因就是我们另外两个人以前在这里爬过，知道几乎所有的repel station的位置，

发帖数: 4192 | 9 警察局那个叫拘留所(custody)。被逮捕(arrest and book)后，关在custody，等待见
法官（arraignment)。法官决定bail amount。小罪警察局有现成的bail 表，也可以按
照bail表把人bail出来，然后等待见法官。从arrest到arraignment，时间各州规定不
一，一般最长是48小时（周末不算）(一般认为的24小时是错的，24用在suspect
without charge，也就是警察还没有定罪名，最多24小时，如果定了罪名，就等法官了
，如果法官拖拉，你只有待在拘留所里）。如果时间太长还没有见法官，可以用相关法
律（基于的宪法第6修正案，speedy trial,还有一些最高法院的判例)，要求法官撤销
指控。反正见法官后，一切听法官的了，法官说继续关，就可以继续关下去，直到正式
指控。绝大多数州在正式指控前，可以关押30到60天。正式指控后就是trial，trial如
果有罪就坐jail。
也就是说如果不付bail，可能一直坐在监狱里，直到trial结束。但是一般轻罪，时间

理？
几个月前超速被抓，准备上庭，希望减点（New Jersey)。因为临时有事，rescheduled
the court date. 但是法庭的第二张传票寄丢了！！！突然几日前收到一张Notice of
Warrant for Arrest。。。 吓得不行，赶快到最近的警局交了 Bail, 深怕被警察抓。
然后打电话给法庭问怎么回事。 法庭说他们给我寄了第二张传票，而且没有被退回，
所以认为我自己不去出庭，发了 Notice of Warrant for Arrest。 现在既然我交了
Bail, 他们可以重新给我一个Court Date.
我找过Attorney, 他说我下次上庭时和 Prosecutor 说明情况，应该可以拿回 Bail ，
还可能可以减点。我倒是不那么在乎 Bail ， 但是很在乎去警局交 Bail 的时候他们
填得
那张 Arrest Form. 我问的那个Attorney 说这种 Arrest 无关紧要，不用在乎。我去
的警局的警官也说没事， 因为这是 Traffic-related, 而不是 Crime.

这边发债券筹款，那边给银行去支持房市。bail out不bail out都无所谓。美国政府需
要bail out吗？差不多每星期两房都发债，最近mac发的两年券利息还不过1.75%, Fann
ie Mae的五年利息在2.5%,都卖得挺好的。比起市政劵强多了。 |

救了一堆fat cats高管。bail out让正常的优胜劣汰不能进行，低能的公司
管理层获得reward，运营良好的公司不能通过收购低能公司而发展壮大，反而
要补贴低能公司继续低能。
如果靠印钱，发hand out就能搞好经济，那么政府就每年印钱，每人发一百万
美元好了。那些苦逼运营良好的公司还搞什么研发，生产啊。

GM没有破产吗？Chrysler没有破产吗？全都破产了啊！所谓政府bail out，就是政府出
钱参与chapter 11破产重组。UAW的pension也减了，工资也减了，福利也减了，对老员
工买断工龄，整个就是跟朱镕基学的。
还三大不如一个Amazon值钱。。。像你这种人要是炒股，非亏死不可。你按market cap
算买一个公司的成本？连什么是enterprise value都不知道？知道三大欠了多少债务吗？
Ford不需要bail out，但是GM和Chrysler的CEO去国会作证要求bail out的时候，Ford
的CEO是一块儿去作证的，是去要求国会bail out他的两家竞争对手的。为什么？难道
他傻啊？出卖股东啊？GM/Chrysler一旦倒闭，一大群suppliers都要跟着倒闭，Ford也
没法生产了，也得跟着倒闭。外国在美国的汽车公司用的是独立的供应链，倒是不受影
响。我看你不是日本人，就是韩国人。

我是去法院交bail的时候顺便就把Trial by written Declaration表格和相关材料都一
气交了.如果你选择邮寄,网上或电话上交bail,连法院都不用去.全部用邮寄都可以. |

并没下雨，只是当天早先时候下过雨，路上没全干而已。说我可以上庭plead not
guilty。到时候怎么说比较好？谢谢！
另，仔细看了一下罚单：上面只写了车速，没写路况。
4月21日update: 终于收到法院的Traffic Courtesy Notice 了。Bail amount: $237.
说我可以：
（1）Post and forfeit the bail
（2）Enter a plea of not guilty and request a court trial.
（3）Enter a plea of not guilty and request a trial by declaration (mail).
（4）Post and forfeit bail in full and attend the Traffic School (但是这个
bail要$307).
正确路径是不是先选trial by mail, 不行再上庭？请问这个没有什么坏处吧，

然不会同意对方被bail out，bail out就名存实亡，没啥意义了，而且反而加剧了矛盾
。应该是版主决定是否同意bai out, 如果同意，被PA的人得到bail out赎金的一半，
另一半归版面。猴哥以前发起的投票的帖子也是这个意思。 |

相当的涩，不是一般涩，想比之下，Daiwa Saltiga要顺滑太多了。有时间经过渔具店
时候，去试一试Van Staal或者Zeebaas就明白了。
Bail手动关掉的原理是避免你大力投掷时候，bail反弹回来造成lure breaking off，
这个性能在海钓surf中很关键，几乎所有高级一点的surfcasting轮子都是manual bail
，Van Staal或者Zeebaas都干脆把bail去掉了。

了，知道申诉无望，当天因为还有事，就离开了。第二天，给法庭寄了支票。
可是今天突然收到Notice of warrant for arrest issued，还说要去警察局报到。
To avoid the embarrassment and inconvenience of your pending arrest, it is
suggested that you report to the police department for the purpose of posting
bail. Bail amount is 2500.00
....

些公司是支柱，而不是我们纳税人要证明他们不是支柱。
就算主张bail out，也必须是有公正的第三方专家来主张。怎么能由和华尔街有密切联
系的保尔森等人在幕后操作呢？为什么保AIG而不保雷恩兄弟呢？
我真是不明白。我看得很清楚的劫贫济富、暗箱操作的事情，你为何如此辩护呢？同样
的事情发生在中国，tg注资救太子党经营的大公司，比如大银行或者大电力公司，你会
怎么说？
是不是以后可以这样赚钱：大公司拼命发高工资和红利给高管，把公司的cash抽光，然
后等待这破产风暴来临，然后利用在财政部和美联储安插的关系，获得政府注资，然后
公司重生。然后进行又一轮的财富转移。还记得吗，那次bail out出来后，一些银行竟
然马上给高管大发红利，非常笨拙地暴露了他们的把戏。

为啥我生活中不认识这么多外发？身边的女同学外发的就３，４个。。。即使外发了的
也都顺利结婚生娃的。你一个大男人收集这么多王寡妇跟谁好了的东西，累不累？

不明白整天纠着阴暗面８来８去有什么意思。
我们公司的白人，很多都是东亚老婆，（大多是ABC所以就不算外发了）。这些白人性
格都不错，收入均为２０W＋ ，和LOSER完全搭不上边。貌似教养收入不错的白人GG并
没有嫌弃亚女啊。。。
你要是净捡恶心的说，那我也可以找出一百个嫁国男被抛弃的。

生意就是给穷人提供个贷款，钱退回来收个手续费，退不回来要不到钱也就算了，相当
于保险费。能给bail bond贷款的都是轻罪，保释金不多。特别重的罪法官不会允许保
释，一般的重罪保释金也很高，bail bond贷款的不会贷的，风险太大。
