最近被热议的是中国经济衰退，中国股市(和楼市？)泡沫崩裂，美联储加息美元强势，
新兴市场哀鸿遍野。这个似乎有点严重，毕竟中国是第二大经济体，新兴市场一起崩盘
的话传导力也很可怕，美国难以独善其身。
这莫非真会演变成下一个危机？如果真有可能，对美国金融市场和实体经济的威胁性和
2008危机比起来如何？

had already submitted my written declaration. Spending half day in the
court house, I finally got it fixed by the clerk. I doubt there is a
conspiracy in the court house to erroneously issue some bail tickets. If
someone does not have time, the only choice is to give money to the court

有一张 non-traffic Ticket，由于左侧大灯不亮拿到的。
收到的 CITATION letter 上面要求 "PROOF OF CORRECTION".
有一个 25 刀的BAIL AMOUNT 并且写了一个 6 月份的
Court Appearance Date Deadline.
我已经在 Police Inspection Station 拿了灯已经修复
的证明(就是在Ticket后面盖了个Stamp)
问题：
1. 必须 Show up in Court 吗？这种 Mechanical Violations，
有没有办法把通过邮件寄送 Bail Amount + Proof 就可以了？
寄来的 Citation 信上看不出来。
2. Court Appearance：我尝试 Schedule Court Appearance Date,
没想到最早是8 月底，根本就不可能在 Deadline之前了。

我今年1月份之前都住在纽约，最近才搬到湾区工作。今天纽约的室友说收到一封警察
局的信，我让室友打开拍照给我传过来，结果是NOTICE OF VIOLATION，说是去年10月
的时候在LA租车时有一个左转路口闯了红灯，被拍了照，然后就通过租车公司找到了我
，但并没有说BAIL的数额，说是法庭会寄另外一封信来告知BAIL(但没有收到这样的信
），最要紧的是，DUE DATE是3月14号，但室友说是3.11才收到这样的信（可能因为是
租的车所以找租车公司要我的材料用了一段时间），今天才告诉我。请问我应该怎么办
？首先不管怎么样是不是应该联系法庭说明错过DUE DATE的原因。。。？谢了！ |

周末带父母去north bay 挖clam，听说是当地居民报警，警察来了，只查亚洲人的车，
结果我们不幸中招，超量，在车上发现clam,每个执照可以挖40个，结果我们挖了1000
个，一个执照只允许一个人挖，其实都是我爸爸挖的，我和老公走到很远的地方找生蚝
去了，警察看我爸没有带护照，就没有给他罚单，只起诉我和老公，我老公犯了 77.15
.370.1A bail账单是378$(超量），我犯了77.15.380（没有执照挖）还有就是刚
才那个超量罪，bail账单378$+109$,听警察说这算是刑事案，处理不好会有案底，警察
一个一个数了clam的数量，然后拍照下来，我5月的机票，出庭那天正好是我起飞那天

First, wait for the letter from the court with the dollar amount and date
for court contest. Then start the following process.
1. Submit a Written Not Guilty Plea. this is the CVC 40519(b) form. See
sample below.
To contest your citation without a single court appearance, you must first
send the court a Written Not Guilty Plea. This will save the time and hassle

发帖数: 881 | 44 同情一下。上周刚上驾校，老师说了，在车里拿手机都是不允许的，不管是不是在发短
信或者打电话，手里不许拿手机。
我当时超速，罚单是400多，先交了bail 360USD，然后写written contest，后被法院
判guilty,没让额外交。相当于就是交了bail的钱。上课时，听人说，可以亲自去法院
，商量一下能否降点，还真能降。发挥小o同学魅力的时候到了~~ |

信上写着bail $1061. traffic school $214.
没带insurance应该是corretable violation. 不用上traffice school. 所以800多刀
应该是insurance的bail。
他就是往最恶的上写。恶心我一下。cell phone ticket 应该小于$214. 也不需要上
traffic school的，不影响point的 |

个格式：（法院地址在罚单上有）。如果输了，还是可以上驾校的，挑个便宜的上就行
。不过具体我不清楚，没上过，因为我没输过case.

等收到TR-205后，就填表和寄bail 了。
The TR-205 is actually the form you need to submit your statement for trial,
not your request.
在填表的时候，我只写了'I stand by my plea of not guilty." 。
根据如下：
You do not need to say anything under "STATEMENT OF FACTS" other than, "I
stand by my plea of not guilty." This is not being dishonest; you are
innocent until you are proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If the
officer fails to submit his/her paperwork, the judge will have to dismiss

bail贵了60刀。付了traffic school的罚单金额再上驾校就不会被计分了的意思吗？ |
