住监狱，要么驻你自己家里。

BAIL OUT之前的美国是个高消费高泡沫的国家。
生活消费水平高，LIVING OF COST高，这其中，股价，房地产也高也贵，很多
带有泡沫。
BAIL OUT计划失败以后，美国维持从前高消费模式的最后希望将破灭。
整个国家很可能被迫进入经济紧缩，关于国民生活的各项消费支出必须
重新定价，尤其是房产，股票，医疗，保险，教育，律师费等等。。
为维持人民的生活，房地产会贬值，股价会下降，社会上的价格泡沫一个个
破裂，慢慢浮现并接近其真实价值。同时消费水平降低，LIVING OF COST不得不
降低，美国将更加依赖中国的进口，更加依赖类似WALMART,ALDI这样的
商店，人民开始学习节省，而不是如以前那样借债进行高消费。
倒霉的那些人是在高消费的美国时代购买了大量带有泡沫的房产和股票，并没有
及时出手，带入低消费时代的美国被社会重新定价，导致手中的财产大幅度缩水。

yeah, that's the biggest mistake I saw this year form Paulson and big Ben.
From what I read, Paulson did tried to save LEH by either bail it out or
provide loss gurantee for the UK potential buyer, but turns out they could
NOT find money within that weekend, and the power they have at the time is
not enough to pull extra money. |

人要因为这个勇敢的决定失掉总统竞选了。
他要失掉竞选的原因不是小左脑残所谓的躲避辩论啊，不能兼顾多项任务啊，故意作秀
啊等等。他失败的原因恰恰是因为这个Bill失掉那些本来敬佩他的人。
做这个Bill,是只要做就死，不管Bill是不是有长期效果。Bail Out是共和党的很多基
本盘选民，也就是经济保守派，非常反对的。基本上那些人不管后果，支持倒闭洗牌。
更何况因为要和民主党妥协，这个Bill不可避免地要包含很多国家化元素，很容易被冠
以社会主义的帽子。
现在美国金融形势动荡，虽然有很多投机主义者试图抄底牟利，但大方向上房地产损失
还在继续，全世界都看衰美国短期经济前景。加上这个Bill资金并不足以救市，只能起
到续命的作用，而不足以让美国迅速康复。所以麦肯不能在40天内给美国人看到一个漂
亮的结果。
麦肯高调参加这个Bill，最后的结果就是失掉经济保守派的部分选票，同时因为Bill效
果不明朗，无法在大选前争得很多中间派选票。 |

他们倒会不会更好或更糟糕，没人知道。不过需要指出的是，让它们倒不是说他们就消
失了，而是通过重组劳资重新谈判公司撇清负担获得重生，当然的确会涉及到更多的
layoff. 这个liberal媒体是不可能和民众讲清楚的，而广大老百姓一听bankrupt就都
