多pathway都和autoimmunity相关。Type I IFN的相关性最常见的也就和lupus联系一下
,没有什么groundbreaking的意义. 很多的autoimmune disease和type I IFN也没有多
大的关系。
我非常赞成说James Chen很厉害，他是华人生物学家在美国典型的代表人物，很令人尊
敬和钦佩。但是他的research只是在biochem/molecular biology做的炉火纯青，从免
疫学的角度来讲还差一些，得Nobel奖更是差的太远了。华人生物科学家缺乏的是从
conceptual角度做出groundbreaking的工作的人，再形象一点儿来说，是缺乏像
Charles Janeway Jr和Ruslan Medzhitov这种能改变整个field的人物。 |

On Synthroid tx, but on 2002 had her first episode of pancreatitis, with
lipase in 3000s. Subsequently had repeated episodes of abdominal pain, many
thought it as pancreatitis, but lipase has always been normal, with CT ab
not showing any calcifications in the abdomen.
Patient here this time again, GI feels it is pancreatitis again. She takes
Synthroid regularly according to herself but TSH always elevated.

pointed out, the antibody testing are very frequently falsely positive
especially in infection and renal failure setting and if the antibody titers
are low positive. He has a stroke like symptoms but CNS vasculitis could
also cause this. Overall my impression is that this guys has an autoimmune
process with antibody messing around the kidneys and perhaps CNS, bone
marrow. The PCP infection is secondary.

PCPs, ER Doc and some specialists are still using antiviral treatment for
bell's palsy. Studies showed it is not effective. What is effective?
Steroids if you start it early enough.

。但单侧时很容易区分， 因为有对侧对照。
这个例子让我觉得bell’s palsy跟病毒感染的关系是间接的， autoimmune是病因。
就是感染在先， 反应在后。 否则一侧的感染不会引起双侧病变。 这个病人的症状在
左侧， 但他的palsy右侧显得更重。
为什么autoimmune只损害面神经？为什么只有1%是双侧？ 有待版上牛人解答。

lupus. 我那个病人，所有的血清学检查都是阴性的（所有你能想到的, commercially
available的抗体），除了关节炎没有lupus的11条表现，没办法给lupus的诊断。他还
做了好多次淋巴结和骨髓的穿刺活检，血液系统肿瘤也排除了。
Sometimes we do give patients a diagnosis of "evolving autoimmune process",
if it smells like autoimmune process. 但是这个病人，我感觉不是adaptive
immune system的问题。

early steroids will do a good thing to the patient. What else could be?
amyloidosis? I don't think steroids would do any harm. You can always
discontinue it if biopsy result shows you a surprise.
I don't know if you know Bell's palsy which is also thought to be autoimmune
. Steroids will only work if started within 72 hrs. This is evidence based.

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
查，追查他们吧。

不过那时的医学水平就那个样子。而且那个医生只是非常不负责任，心不在焉，不一定
是他有意害人。
鲁迅早死可能有一下几个因素：
1）因为父亲考试作弊，小时候非常仇恨社会，心理扭曲。心身互动，带来了后来抑郁
和免疫系统紊乱的种子。
2）长期大量抽烟。
3）熬夜，学洋人喝咖啡，生活无规律。
4）甲状腺功能可能有问题，不过那时的医学不懂。hypothyroidal，易疲劳，抑郁，于
是大量喝咖啡抽烟提神。
4）很早就补牙。并且因此大骂中医，不会拔牙，连个牙齿都不会补。当时补牙用的是
amalgam，一年毒性等于吸500年的雾霾。
其实中医说他“肾亏”，意思就是免疫系统问题大，是没错的。牙周炎除了口腔卫生，

以被沉默？更何况从基因到疾病表现有多少步需要被转录和表达？任何一部错误都会导
致疾病。就是正确被表达到蛋白质这一步，蛋白质本身折叠错误也会产生prion。
西医对整个蛋白质组和基因组的全面认知还早的很。会个Autoimmune就以为知道全世界
。真是太幼稚了。
中医治病不管这些分子层面，因为不需要！！就像你饿了就要吃饭，吃了就充饥。你不
需要知道为什么米可以充饥的生化过程。你为什么认为中医的药物不包含可以治疗牛皮
藓的成分？谦虚使人进步。

第一，除了重症监护室，病理和病历，我不觉得别的地方联合
第二，我整个过程并没有怪医生太多。第一页和最后总结怪的是美国政府唯利是图，不
管病人死活。政府是最大的黑社会。没有明确说，但是目标根本不是医院医生，是反政
府。
第三，更多资料目前没有放上去。如果你看了相信我家孩子的事情。更多的资料绝对让
你对整个体制寒心，因为医生为了不承担责任不给我家孩子的急性肝衰竭诊断病因，可
医生们发表的资料显示49%没有给病因，另一篇文章里说没有给的很多都是代谢病。这
个数据都是公开的，很多没有的死了或移植了。
这个根本不是一个病人的事情，是至少几十个孩子故意给美国医院害死。
