前言：本文主要介绍过渡态、反应路径的计算方法，并讨论相关问题。由于这类算法极
多，可以互相组合，限于精力不可能面面俱到展开，所以只介绍常用，或者实用价值有
限但有启发性的方法。文中图片来自相关文献，做了一定修改。由于本文作为帖子发布
，文中无法插入复杂公式，故文中尽量将公式转化为文字描述并加以解释，这样必然不
如公式形式严谨，而且过于复杂的公式只能略过，但我想这样做的好处是更易把握方法
的梗概，有兴趣可以进一步阅读原文了解细节。对于Gaussian中可以实现的方法，文中
对其在Gaussian中的使用进行了一些讨论，希望能纠正一些网上流传的误区。虽然绝大
多数人不专门研究计算方法，其中很多方法也不会用到，但多了解一下对开阔思路是很
有好处的。

机起飞后11分钟内，机头自动下垂超过20次，尽管机师不断尝试将机头拉高，但都抢救
无效，就这样“人机互斗”直到坠海。
台湾“中时电子报”28日援引《纽约时报》(The New York Times)消息，上月29日，起
飞后不久直接坠入爪哇海底的印尼狮航JT 610班机已初步排除人为疏失。坠机报告显示
，JT 610班机机师直到坠海前最后一刻，都在与机身奋战，积极抢救所有乘客的性命。
报告指称，飞机起飞后就出现技术问题，短短11分钟内，机头自动下垂超过20次，机师
一次又一次地上拉机头，不过仍抢救无效，飞机最终失去控制，以每小时724公里的速
度俯冲入海。
出事狮航这架班机属于波音737 MAX 8机型，先前就数度出现左右两侧攻角传感器感应
有误，导致数据错误;此外，飞机失事后，多位该机型驾驶也表示事前并不清楚这款机
型安装了新型安全系统“机动特性增强系统，暂译”(Maneuvering Characteristics
