干失聪）
一查书果然是。因此宝宝也有可能是内耳的信号穿不到脑干。所以必须同时看OAE和ABR
如果OAE正常，但是ABR有异常波，那就基本可以确诊是auditory neuropathy
那样也可以做cochlear implant,但是效果在学术界还有争议。
另外可以早点让孩子用Augmentive and alternative communication

宝宝6个月以后，很容易生病。很容易得中耳炎。宝宝1岁的时候，我开始让他游泳，也
是经常得中耳炎，有朋友说游泳可能导致中耳炎。所有就停了。
最近又得了中耳炎，吃了10天的AUGMENTED 阿莫西林，没有见效。今天又换了一种抗生
素。前后，我们总共用了6中抗生素。宝宝夜里睡不好，可能是耳朵痛的原因。
明天约了耳朵专家，准备看看是否可以做TUBE.

我是自闭症教育专业的，但是没有直接和这么小的孩子打过交道，不是很确定学前阶段
的具体特殊服务都有哪些。总的来说，自闭症的三大症状：语言障碍、社交障碍和机械
化动作，是学龄期阶段主要干预的对象。这其中，克服语言障碍和社交障碍是主要的教
育目标。因为语言障碍会导致小孩子和他人交流上的障碍，进而导致社交退化。同时，
社交障碍也会减少小孩子和他人进行语言交流的机会，是语言能力更加恶化。至于僵硬
的行为，一般来说，特教老师都会很理解，不会刻意去干涉。
我觉得对自闭症的孩子进行干预的主要的原则就是，在他可以接受的范围内，有步骤有
计划地进行语言和社交行为的干预。不要强迫他去学习什么，一切都可以慢慢来。如果
