秦军的crossbow的弓，拆下来就是普通的弓箭，加上弩身和扳机就是crossbow，领先欧
洲1500年。秦军打仗的时候应该是弩兵比普通弓箭手多，根据兵马俑的研究。秦弩射速
快，准确度和杀伤度都高，秒杀普通弓箭手。用来武装peasant army太厉害了，就是古

我们这个商标和他们的还是很不一样的，我们的商标从结构和意义上很类似于
NanoArmor （这个只是我想的，不知道有没有人申请这个商标，呵呵），也就是nano +
armor的组合，我们的不是nano，而是一个和我们技术相关
的前缀。
under armour的律师也没说我们请犯他们商标，只是说有误导消费者的嫌疑。说是他们
一直在使用under Armour, Armour, Armor, 所以不想让我用。而且他们主要业务也是
纺织行业。
很多时候，老美这边，人家可以没啥理由都可以起诉你，大不了就是打官司。我们的
business也是刚开始，投入也不大。

ESPN一周两度就林书豪的比赛“出言不逊”，以“中国佬”蔑称林书豪，惹来炮轰。
ESPN对此声明致歉并开除责任人。此外，福克斯等媒体近日亦屡次出言不逊，突显歧视
华人问题。
媒体2月19日报道，林书豪的纽约尼克斯队17日输给新奥尔良大黄蜂之后，ESPN在报道
中用了“Chink in the armor”（原意是“盔甲上的细缝”，也就是最脆弱的部位）当
标题，迅即触动华人和亚裔球迷的激烈反弹。福布斯网站指出，“Chink in the armor
”虽是常用英文词组，但如果用来指华人，就带侮辱意味，有点像用来指黑人的negro
或nigger。
ESPN开除责任人并致歉
这个标题出现后35分钟就被编辑删掉，但仍有许多网友纷纷要求ESPN出面道歉。ESPN网
站在18日发表声明表示道歉，“昨天晚上，ESPN移动平台首页上出现了对林书豪不恰当
的攻击言论，我们保证不会再次出现类似情况，我们对这样的错误表示道歉。”
