“莎士比亚几百年前就说啦：一夜就可以造就一个暴发户，三代才能培养出一个贵族。

其中的一个typo显然不是问题，但看了这句英文感觉有点怪怪的，而且nouveau riche
，aristocrat这些词感觉似乎与莎翁的时代不太相称，便借助于字典作了一点词源学分
析。根据韦氏字典，Origin of nouveau riche，French, literally, new rich，
First Known Use: 1801，再根据牛津字典，aristocrat，Origin：Late 18th century
aristocratie (see aristocracy). 而莎士比亚(1564–1616)是英国文艺复兴时代的人

AG Barr investigating a missing Twinkie is a joke.
So I am reading all these comments laughing and calling out "conspiracy
theories". It's easy to "throw shade"..... getting "shade to stick" is
another story.
I know this. A high profile prisoner, who supposedly tried to kill
himself just two weeks ago, this guy could not get near a 6 inch piece of
thread. Now that's not a "conspiracy theory".

主业是技术官僚，后来还当过皇家铸币厂的厂长。研究力学完全是爱好。达尔文也是贵
族，老爸要他去读神学他却跑去研究生物。
其实也只有生活不被赚钱困扰的人，真正是自己喜爱科学的，才可能出大成果。如果你
今天担心搞不搞得到funding,明天担心和老板会不会不和，哪里能搞出真东西来？中国
以前的小孩喜欢当科学家，也根本不是喜欢科学，而是喜欢这个title而已。就像文革
中的小孩相当解放军，把他们放到血肉横飞的战场，把他们炸的缺胳膊少腿，他们还会
喜欢么？
中国真正喜欢科学的是谁？是袁隆平这种人。天天在田里干自己喜欢的，两耳不闻窗外
事，只想把水稻配了一代又一代。除了像他这样的人，１３亿中国人里真正喜欢科学的
没有几个。那些嘴里说自己梦想当科学家的人，长大最多就是靠科学谋生罢了。
有很多东西，比如美术，文学，基础科学，音乐，还非得要一个Aristocrats的阶层才
搞得起来。让每个人都公平竞争，结果就像囚徒困境里的犯人一样，都去选对自己最有
利的，结果对谁都没有利。每个人都得拼命赚钱才能活下来，成家立业，自然到最后全 |

The problems in this country are complicated, there's no way can satisfy
everyone. It is what it is, we need to move on. Goverment deciations can
help us, but can't slove everyone. This country didn't start from
aristocratic families, it started from plebeian. That's the point, we can
