外表材料‘leatherette’, 就压根不是真皮。说wood legs, 但没说是不是硬木,更
没说frame是不是木头,是不是特别干燥加工的硬木, - 而frame是沙发最重要的部分
。另外也没提是不是有钢筋托和弹簧, 以及垫子里面是什么填充物。

11/7-8 如果签证过的话MONTREAL,QUEBEC纨绔.
之所以选择开车过去是因为我有一些SOUTHWEST的免费机票,(我平均一周出差一次,所以
FREE飞机票很快就来了.)再说万一被巨,开车也比较容易混进来.
事先在HOTWIRE上订的旅馆. ARISTOCRAT SUITE HOTEL,旅馆就在OTTAWA CITY HALL后面,步行到
使馆需要20分钟. 50美刀一夜,设施还可以,只可惜地毯太脏,窗帘关不紧.第二天CHECK OUT
时还让我吃了一惊,收了我22加币停车费,真是气不打一处来,头一着住店还要收停车
费.强烈建议不要住这家.(HOTWIRE上50刀三星级OTTAWA DOWNTOWN的就是他了).
两点出发,飞机晚点了近三小时,到ALBANY时已经是晚上十点了,我是在ORBITZ上租的THRIFTY
的车,30刀一天, INTERMEDIATE SIZE.结果给了我一辆SUV,开着真爽,可就是GAS SUCKER.满

你可以google一下 dividend aristocrat, 这些都是SP500的dividend growth 的佼佼
者,c查一查过去几十年的股票历史,都是翻了多少番的。而且股息年年增长。我能看
到还算低的,ADM,AFL,HCP,HP.不过股市如果真有correction, 可能什么都跌。如果真
有气魄,手里握现金等大跌。

为学生参加过。一方面他们的确旁征博引,海阔天空,非常渊博;另一方面聊到后来也
很无聊,常常觉得浪费时间。而且总要对主人阿谀奉承一下,总有小团体的感觉。不参
