一位官员透露，最高人民法院院长肖扬已经被调查人员带走“双规”，在规定的时间、
规定的地点接受调查。但是这个消息尚未得到官方公开证实。
这位不愿意透露姓名的司法部官员称，身为中央委员的肖扬因涉及最高人民法院副院长
黄松有贪污腐败案被拉下马。黄松有在10月15日被中央纪检部门带走接受调查。知情人
士透露，黄主要涉及三大问题，即以权谋私、严重经济问题和生活腐化。黄松有本来是
1949年以来中国因涉嫌贪腐被调查的级别最高的司法官员，没想到一个月不到即被自己
的顶头上司肖扬“超越” 。有人举报称，肖扬、黄松有同广东法官利益集团间的黑幕
“令人发指”，受贿和侵吞国家和arent财产高达1,500多亿元（人民币，下同）。

据台湾中时电子报5月5日援引澳洲新闻网报道，在挥霍超过465万美元（约3025万元人民币）后，这位现年21岁的化工系学生5月4日打算离境，前往马来西亚时，在悉尼机场被警方逮捕。
她在法院出庭，被控以欺诈及蓄意不当得利等罪名。法院文件显示，她在2014年7月及2015年3月间，在未告知银行无此权限的状况下，曾多次从银行取钱。
这些年来，她花了100多万美元在名牌包及奢侈品上，另有约330万美元下落不明。
而李佳欣在得知警方试图与她联络后，随即申请马来西亚紧急护照，想要离开澳洲。但她的律师表示，她想要回马来西亚探望父母。
法官史黛普乐顿（Lisa Stapleton）说，这笔钱是大家都梦寐以求的，但“是他们把钱给她，而不是她从他们那儿强取”。法官指出，如果事实是如此，那李佳欣就没违法，不过还是欠了银行钱。

technically "booked" they are just let on a plane. So basically United is
frantically trying to find a scapegoat to a pr nightmare that wont hold up

fabricate an "overbooking" when those employees never booked to begin with. |
