重点的一句：
6个月内，减重不要超过原体重10%。 6个月后，应该坚持几个月平台期，再考虑
新的减重计划。否则伤身体啊。：）
也就是说，对于大多数女生，半年内不能减肥超过10磅。俺没理解错吧。
再加上几个月的坚持平台期。也就是说，1年内，不能考虑减肥超过10磅。
看来俺5磅的目标还是比较现实的。就是不知道啥时候能达到。

阿氏有个phase 3， （其他的diet也有）， 就是从减肥期到维持期的过渡。目的变了

把鱼交给冷冻公司以后，我和G开始感到饥肠辘辘了，我在出发以前做准备工作的时候
，在网上查好了每个城市口碑不错的饭店，我们每到一个地方，都是按照那个单子找饭
店吃饭的。
Seward 口碑最好的饭店是Exit Glacier Salmon Bake，坐落在Exit Glacier山脚下，
是树林里的一幢红色的小木屋。这家混着扑鼻的酒香与烤鱼味道的小饭店是实实在在的
“酒香不怕巷子深”，生意好得不得了，门口总是有 7、8个人在等座位，而这家饭店
的招牌也很独特：Cheap Beer and Lousy Food。
G点了一份螃蟹饼，我照例是点 halibut，又每人要了一杯红酒，两个人吃得很开心。
酒足饭饱，不敢借着酒劲开车，于是就在附近散步。绕到红房子身后，紧挨着一间旅店
：Exit Glacier Lodging，外表看起来很不错。经过两天徒劳的找房子，我们已经不敢
抱太大希望，但是还是决定进去碰碰运气。
果不出所料，这家旅店也是客满。前台的中年女人说都是因为我们今天早上看到的那艘

比较多。
今天的主题还是Heavy Metal/Hard Rock。其实上次说的激流金属已经是Heavy Metal的
高级阶段了，俺只是想到哪就说到哪。其实上世纪整个八十年代和九十年代前期，基本
上是重金属的天下，重金属的乐队多如牛毛，出来一个火一个，而且唱片的销量还挺大
。主要的原因俺觉得一是重金属还是比较好听；其二呢，其号召力和煽动性还是巨大的
，比较有名的乐队一般都能得到大多数年轻人的拥戴，这些乐队的灵魂人物甚至能够左
右年轻人的生活方式，像枪炮玫瑰的Axl Rose。给俺印象最深的就是Terminator 2中的
少年时期的John Conner骑着摩托车和他的朋友用手提式录音机播放枪炮玫瑰的Use
Your Illusion II 中的You Could Be mine。在当时看来，只要是听这些乐队的歌就是
一种酷。

appetite. But real FIP cats don't have appetite.
Is there serious inflammation mentioned in the report? If yes, get some
steroid from the vet. It doesn't mean you will use steroid immediately. But
it's good to have it just in case. Monitor his temperature.
Stress is very bad for cats' health. Let him relax. |

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

备的， 都能过。后来成绩单下来， 还比及格线高很多。叶子版主让我写份考经，拖到
现在。
考点选择：Houston 应该是最IMG friendly. 一个在那考的朋友说考场里满场老印，旅
馆里也是。很多是直接从印度飞来考试的， 一个个土的掉渣。我们的英语虽然遣词造
句不如老印， 发音还是比他们好的。LA 据说 SP 非常习惯 Asian accent, 而且SP 年
轻男性多， 这也是优点。因为中年女性SP是最难对付的。费城SP 我考时是6 黑6 白 6
男 6 女。年龄分布老中青都有。一个在Atlanda 考的朋友也是这种分布。芝加哥考场
不清楚， 但没听到过恶评。

，老夫就断定你在精神病方面是个十足的外行。你不过是在别人涉及到专业问题的时候
在网络上拼命查找想证明人家不懂。但是你没有鉴别专业信息的能力，也不了解学科的
进展。最终不过是遭人耻笑。
难道不是吗？你查出来的文献都把妄想症局限为非怪诞性妄想。你就以为捡到了宝，认
定妄想症必须是非怪诞性，还振振有词说怪诞性妄想就就精神分裂症而不是妄想症。却
没想到冒出来一个DSM-5。这个标准两年前就修改了。现行的妄想症标准怪诞性的也可
以是非怪诞性的。老夫告诉你既可以是肯定也可以否定，意思很清楚，就是即可是怪诞
的可以是非怪诞的。你还骂老夫信口雌黄。其实老夫的专业并不是精神病学，不过与精

张纯如精神障碍的正式诊断是抑郁症。根据美国精神病诊断权威标准DSM-5（附件1），
抑郁症是没有妄想表现的。也就是说，如果一个人被诊断为抑郁症，就不应该有妄想表
现。如果一个人有妄想表现，就不应该诊断为抑郁症。
那么确诊为抑郁症的病人是否可以出现妄想呢？回答是肯定的。但是，当一个抑郁症病
人出现妄想症状，原来的“抑郁症”就不再适用于病人。这种情况下就要改变诊断为“
精神病性抑郁症”。这种病人往往同时会出现幻觉症状。相应的治疗和保护措施也要作
出改变。相关学术依据见附件2。
有些人说张纯如有精神病。所谓的日本右翼极端势力对她不断发出暴力威胁其实是她的
妄想。起码从医生给她的正式诊断来看，张纯如没有妄想症状。

中国烹饪协会在2011年就曾试图让中国美食加入非物质文化遗产名录，并在当时申报了逾30种食物和烹饪技艺。如今，该协会再次作出尝试，然而这一次，他们的推进更加具有针对性了。
该协会副会长边疆称，有一件事是确定的，那就是该协会将不再会把中国美食打包申请了。
他说，该协会在2011年曾尝试过这一策略，但是甚至都没有在中国文化部获得通过。“申遗”均需要先获得文化部的批准。
所以今年，该协会召集了一个专家团队来缩短名单。
边疆称，中国美食体系庞大、复杂，Unesco官员把它作为一个整体去理解是很难的。他说，最终他们可能将会挑选一种特色食品（例如饺子），或者一种烹饪技巧（例如腌制）。
