最近回去的人的情况，如云老师所说，绝大多数都有2cns，如果只有一篇cns，那基本
上还有>2的子刊。这个不仅仅局限于胖老师经常说的结构生物学，而是所有方向都基本
如此。
当然这些新回去的绝大部分都是千青（有些不是的是因为回去那一年千青还没开始）。
网页上的Title有的是教授，有的是研究员，估计当时还没有统一。但校内一律都是副
教授，也就是相当于这边的AP。我还特地打听了一下，国内的TT制度好像没有Tenured
Associate这一档，清华5年考核通过了就是正经的full professor。
有些老师看不上国内的科研，我就仅列出两位回国后的publication，咱就不说颜宁等
这种Early T的个例了。说两个没太有名气的，还没有评上T的，各位老师可以参考一下
，看看自己有没有别人这么productive。

engage death of stressed cells? And this stress is DNA damaging? 我觉得还有
很多问题要解答：比如，这许多stress的共同点是什么，有多少蛋白被arginylated才
会trigger cell death,或者何种蛋白被arginylated才会trigger cell death. 你的文
章和原来的文章有可能并不是非黑即白，可能是某蛋白被降解而细胞得以生存或者整个
细胞被抛弃的区别。随便说两句，没有细读，说错勿怪。
你这个reporter还是很cool的，可能很快找你要construct的人就挤爆了，我先排上队

妹子眼光不错。你说的那个到底哪个或者哪些蛋白被修饰导致出现不同后果的问题也就
是我们第一稿最引起争议的部分。领域里面关于这个问题最早的文章其实没有大错，只
要他们小心的引用那个文章不要把它的结论扩大化的话。但是领域里面的错误在于他们
用了一个错误的前提，以为这个酶在不同场合下的底物都是一样的，结果就有人乱引申
了。然后渐渐的就有人三人成虎，就有人认为这个酶肯定就是不分场合都是anti
apoptotic的，然后
居然就有人号称做出了这样的结果（和我们文章里一样的细胞，一样的处理方法，但是
相反的数据），让我哭笑不得都不知道他们那些数据是怎么来的。我们在第一稿里有很
明确的数据指出说这个假设是错的，并指出说这个酶在不同情况下不但底物不一样，
而且后果也不同。然后一堆人大怒，要么就是说我胡说八道，要么就一定要我指出在
stress 情况下列出一个完整清单到底哪些蛋白是受影响的。可是这个酶在我看来，底
物没有上千也有几百，我不肯轻易的对此下结论。倒不是我们手头没有几个现成的底物
可以拿来自圆其说，而是我不肯轻率的下这个结论。所以高引用的杂志都以我不肯解决

发帖数: 379 | 39 我完全同意你的看法. MT的作用,应该不限于release pro-apoptotic factors,XD的主要
贡献在于release pathway的发现,当然还有extrinsic和intrinsic pathway之间的
crosstalk,不过我更欣赏MT作为一个unit在apoptosis中的作用.这样来说的话,release
factors只是
其中一种作用方式,XD如果当时接着去挖掘更多的MT作用,可能地位还会更高.
我记得他说过他当年思考过为什么进化会选择MT来调控apoptosis,可惜当时人们对MT
在apoptosis中的作用估计的太简单了,以为XD的工作一出来,就差不多搞定了,XD自己
估计也是这么认为,从inverterbrate animals来看,既然这些物种里面MT上很多蛋白在
不需要cytoc的情况下就可以调控apoptosis,那么有理由相信mammalian system里面这
些pathway
也会很重要,如果XD当时把这个也一举搞定,那就太牛了.
现在有些晚了,概念已经有了,剩下的就是细枝末节了.

screen）到底具体技术问题是啥呢？要说晓东当年的apoptotic assay，先用DNA
ladder,后用caspase cleavage，也都未必一定要和apoptosis有关吧 但是能purify出
正确的东西就成呀
