发帖数: 5428 | 21 昨晚给贪狗准备下面一周的口粮（自己做的碎肉拌干粮），这周的主题是内脏，去超市
看到有猪肝就想着给他做点treat吃吃。做法倒还简单，效果超级好，贪狗如此挑，都
守在烤箱前面一晚上，来回叫人，让给他拿来吃，哼叽了俩小时。。。
1. 华人超市买的猪肝，大概一磅左右一个，两刀多点。
2. 先烧一锅热水，烧开以后放肝进去，大概20分钟以后会煮熟。如果事先切成4-6块就
更快了，我懒得占切菜板和刀，就整个放进去了。
3. 煮到整个变硬，用筷子扎进最厚的地方都是硬的，并且没有血水冒出来的时候就熟
了。其实这个时候已经可以吃了，偷懒的可以直接切片吃。
4. 如果想要饼干一样硬一点的质感，可以切大概半厘米那么厚的片，然后放到预热300
度的烤箱里面，烤10分钟，把肝片儿翻面，再5分钟。
5. 凉透后放冰箱储藏。吃的时候建议掰成小块喂，要不然给多少都是半秒就不见了。
。。
6. 最后大概是一磅生猪肝能出半磅多烤肝片儿。如果
只是煮，成品更多。比较宠物店里卖的liver treat，自己做的不仅便宜而且放心。
唯一的遗憾是昨天没有拍照片，当时没想到效果这么好，所以没打算拍照发帖的。。。

我们有甲亢，所以要closely monitor心脏和肾脏。
一直是每六个月检查心和肾的功能，验血验尿，都算正常。。。
直到去年11月，有一丢丢不正常。
一直还有IBD。
医生现在除了肾脏问题，还怀疑肠道内壁已经有癌症。
但是这个癌症也不是一天就冒出来的啊。。。
红血球是一直都比较低。
医生说年岁大又有慢性病的猫，常见anemia。。。
所以我们经常打铁针。
一直维持还不错。。。
但是这一次也算史上最低了。。。 |

纽约今年的冬天注定无比漫长。。。。
昨天，我们把C少送去朋友家代为照顾了。这甜蜜的一对第一次被分开了，猫爹猫娘很
难受。不过为了更好的照顾年糕，也为了防止C少被感染，就只能先这样了。好再C少在
朋友家作威作福，叫饭，捣乱，撒娇，耍无赖一样没差，估计暂时不劳我们操心了。
年糕食量减少了很多，确认出现贫血的症状，身体其他器官目前都还算正常。她精神不
错，还和往常一样时刻跟随在我们的左右，跳上跳下的各种求爱抚。
我们还在积极的研究各种治疗方案，任何机会都不会放过，只希望她呆在我们身边幸福
快乐的久那么一点点。
现在求她吃饭变成了每天最大的难题，一天的喜怒哀乐都和她吃了多少紧密相关。可惜
医生嘱咐不能增加任何stress，所以也不能抢灌。她现在只有看见猫草才会扑上来，难
道是该吃素了吗？
就暂时说这些吧，请不要问太多，会适时更新一些情况的。
需要很多很多的正能量和对年糕最大的祝福，猫娘囊中羞涩木有很多包子了。先衷心谢
谢所有的小伙伴们了。

大，抵御大规模瘟疫的能力就越强。非洲是人类的发源地，也是基因变异最多的地方，
部落和部落之间的差异都相当大，而美洲是变异最少的地方，因为从白令海峡移民过去
的人种十分单一。结果如何，非洲丛林孕育那么多种类的疾病，HIV,埃博拉，疟疾，欧
洲殖民者带去的流感，鼠疫，天花，但非洲种族从来没有被wipeout 过。但美洲几千万
的Aztec 人仅仅经历2次瘟疫就全部消失了。

準備USMLE之前，看到一位前輩分享的心得，Dr. Goljan的上課錄音值得一聽，於是因
