星期六半夜司法部代表白宮向第九巡迴法院的上訴法庭提出上訴，這上訴裡包含了兩部
份：一個是上訴本身，也就是請求撤銷（還是發回更審？）原來西雅圖法院的判決；第
二是一個緊急申請，DOJ 希望在上訴法庭做出最後判決之前，因為國家安全事關重大，
希望能夠先恢復執行 Muslim Ban。
上訴法庭在星期天凌晨駁回了第二部分的緊急申請，也就是說在最後判決之前，仍然不
得執行 Muslim Ban，好像法官並未解釋駁回的原因。同時，法官要求原告在星期日 11
:59PM 之前向法庭提出意見書，被告則應在星期一下午三點前提出意見書．然後法官會
根據雙方意見進行裁決。
所以上訴還沒完全結束，只是第一階段白宮輸了一籌。

judge for both cases. I lost the one in the morning. The one in the
afternoon was dismissed, since the same judge may have pre-opinion on the

does not matter if you run the ac or turn off (in real life the heat come
in should be slightly more, since a bigger temperature difference is
maintained)

要抱起来换了尿布喂了奶再睡,你看看我们的作息是不是有什么问题.另外我觉得他白天
吃的太少.所以爷爷奶奶喂的比较勤,怎样让他多吃呢

试试9：15或9：30再睡（看能不能睡久一点）
11：00 feed formula （中午12点左右如果不加辅食的话就喂2oz奶？）
Afternoon:1:30-3:30 afternoon nap (睡的时间离上一觉醒3个小时差不多)

Evening: 你家傍晚喂的这几次我不知道能不能怎么匀着提前点，比如5点吃cereal, 6
点多再喂饱一次奶，但7点-7点半以前最好就睡觉。你家夜里看样子至少还要吃一顿，
我那时候10点-11点之间给宝宝喂一次迷糊奶，尽量不弄醒，只要张嘴吞就行，能吃多
少算多少。就是凌晨4，5点那次比较麻烦，如果你喂奶了，早上起来肯定没胃口，但是
要饿了不喂也不行（但愿11点喂了迷糊奶以后能撑到7点）。再观察几天吧。如果你想8
点起，所有时间一起推可以。但尽量维持晚觉入睡时间变化在半个小时之内。

顺势而为，不能说吃饱了，没毛病了，扔床里你哭吧。当然我这么形容是极端了点。娃
只要是正常成长的，他们会先能够后半夜甚至半夜睡上个小整觉，然后慢慢Morning
nap形成，然后是afternoon nap。如果娃要困觉了，大人浑然不知，搞到overtired了
，然后嫌娃闹腾，你说是谁的问题？
我娃不算天使，postcolic的娃了，2个多月的时候后半夜整觉和morning nap都形成了
，但是时段需要调调，这样afternoon nap就不会被挡掉了。当然有时候娃也不乖，比
如夜奶之后兴奋了，不睡了，得悠着摇着才能calm down，白天有时候抽风不好好睡觉-
-但是娃突然变化肯定有原因的，他们有spurts，各系统完善都会影响睡眠质量和数量
，解决完这些问题，娃又恢复好觉了。
睡觉就是在正确时间正确地点睡上一个有时长有质量的觉，然后良性循环。冷火鸡就是
chaos了，失衡到彻底乱套了，只好一闷棍打下去，什么循环都断开，重新开始。这么

妈肚子里一样的动作，那样他会感觉踏实一些。我给他英文名叫Forrest， 希望他像阿
甘一样活得坚强和踏实。今天护士问我为啥要取这个名字，我如是回答她。NICU的护士
都很nice,她们工作也很辛苦。所以以后Forrest要是有机会的话，应该要好好感谢照顾

我们再回原来的（我是真这么想的）。渐渐的她适应了新的环境，新的小朋友，我也很
开心。有一天她告诉我小朋友都带afternoon snack,她也要。原来4点后就没有吃的了
，到6点之间有的孩子会带吃的。我们也每天给她带个酸奶，或香蕉,或cookie。我们从
小就教育要分享，有时还会问是不是和小朋友一起分。慢慢的她要求带两种，说小朋友
一起吃。一开始我没有在意，就随她了。可是有一次我接她去跳舞，她说她的两种
afternoon snack 都分给别人了，自己没有吃。我想是真的，因为在车上，她一口气吃
了2只香蕉，那时才5点。我就教育她，是可以分着吃，可是自己是最重要的，何况还要
跳舞。她说如果不给，别人就要告诉老师，就不和她玩。她不想这样。我就说老师明白
的，不会说你的。我又再次说东西是可以分的，可是自己是最重要的。
可是今天早上发生的事让我觉得好像比我想象的更严重。早上要走的时候，她哭着跑上
来说爸爸不让她带cookie。我问劳工，他说她要带2个。我说是你要吃还是别的人要吃

suggest you arrange sports program for him in the afternoon. You can try
swimming too if he likes it. We didn't take it too serious at 3 years old.
We more or less used sports to have him open up be more socialable. From
that path we found he is quite sporty actually. And he is a lot more
socialable now. Soccer can be good, it didn't work out for him mainly

发帖数: 13752 | 50 版上似乎有一点对蒙校的刻板印象(stereotype) 。我女儿在一所蒙校呆了二年半，我
从父母的角度来说说蒙校吧。我说的只是我女儿去的那所蒙校。蒙校是一个松散的组织
，不同蒙校之间相差很大，不可一概而论。
我闺女最开始去的是一个离家近的daycare，位置比较好，从价格上来看来，和后来的
蒙校应该是差不多同一档次。我闺女在那里很不开心，晚上常做梦说“我不要去幼儿园
”，差不多是逃难性质地换到了现在这所蒙校。
相比第一所学校之下，这所蒙校有以下的优点和特点：
1. 学校环境不错。教室的空间更大 。教室内分区很合理，中间一个大的活动区，四周
有读书区和艺术区（做手工，写字和画画）以及各种用具。每个教室整理得有理有条。
教室窗户大，光线很好。每个教室有小孩用的厕所，toilet都是小孩尺寸。学校有六个
这样的教室，另外还有个多用途教室和一些杂用室。室外的playground比第一个
daycare大得多，这对我闺女来说很重要很重要。 :-) 走廊和教室里挂满了小孩的作
品和照片，整个环境也显得很亲切。
