据来源是世行。中国年均GDP增幅是5.22%，在这104年个国家里排到44位，算是中上。
作为对比，同期世界各国GDP增幅平均为4.96%。
也就是说，在中国仍然搞计划经济的这18年里，在中国拿出大量人力物力财力开发大杀
器的时候，在中国大搞阶级斗争文化革命的这个年代里，中国经济增长速度依然是高于
世界大多数国家的。如果这样的经济也能被形容为“陷入经济崩溃边缘”，那岂不是全

再来看第二组数据，同样是世界银行的数据。选了1980-2008这28年。中国GDP年均增速

民”等词，在利比亚战争进入第四个月时，几乎已没人提起，因为这个决议早已变质，
伸展至“定点暗杀”和“政权更换”了。
但我们对利比亚的知识几乎可说是一无所知，而且只能听到官方的一面之词；近来，我
们看到它的另一面，虽然姗姗来迟，却能进一步暴露西方的虚伪和霸道。因此，在大家
关注卡扎菲后利比亚的同时，我们至少可以了解一些卡扎菲和利比亚对非洲的贡献吧。

先讲讲北京语言大学。她座落在北京中关村以东的五道口。校园很小，但有近80或90多
个国家的留学生在这所大学学中文，肤色种族之齐全，象一个小联合国。种族在这个校
园是特别敏感的问题。
外国留学生宿舍基本都是朝南座北的楼房，北京语言大学后勤处的人总是把朝南的房间
分给白人留学生住，非洲黑人留学生总是分在朝北的房间。
朝南房间前是一排排杨树，冬天叶子全落了，阳光照进来，房间很温和，就是在三九天
的下午，暖气温度较低的情况下，室内也不觉得冷。夏天，树叶茂盛，遮住了射进窗户
里阳光，南风微徐，房间蛮冷快。
朝北的房间就没有这样的舒服了，特别是冬天的下午，暖气温度极低，冻得黑人留学生
感冒。
那时候，北京的出租车还不太发达，但首都汽车出租公司在中关村附近设了一两个服务
点，为了中关村大学里的留学生和外籍教师活动方便。
一天，一个黑人留学生感冒了，他的同屋打电话给首汽出租公司打电话。公司班的接到
电话问，“什么事？”

white对应的是black，后来有人不喜欢black这个词，就换Africa了，因为黑人的祖上
几代必然只来自于Africa。
但是用European代替white就不确切了，因为有大量白人来自中亚、中东，他们通常不
划到Asian类，而是white类。犹太人也是白人，以色列显然也不是欧洲。 |
