务部门发来的一封信，说按照N.A.D.A上评估的标准我的车应该值7200元，所以应该按
照7200来报税，催我马上交齐剩余的将近300刀的税钱（居然比KBB 的excellent还高了
将近一千块，真不知道这是个什么破机构给评的，他要觉得我车值7200元我马上卖给他

更新一下进展：
第一阶段：Escalate to PayPal dispute，并且马上电话客服。被告知必须给买家回复
的机会。
第二阶段：买家要求退款，PayPal要求买家寄回货物，买家用DHL寄回，Tracking#显示
到达后PayPal果断hold我款。
有趣的事情来了：买家是直接从多米尼加共和国寄回的，寄来的是一个全破的Verizon
Note 4。而且我发货的package上除了我的label之外，贴了一个7/6收货的专门从事南
美快运公司的label，而USPS显示我的是7/3投递的。
第三阶段：电话联系PayPal，表达以上疑惑，肯定有中间forwarder，而我不应为
forwarder的表现负责，我的责任到7/3 USPS delivery为止，被告知证据很强。提供上
述证据后会帮我处理的。然后提供上述证据。
第四阶段：PayPal decided in buyer's favor, issued refund (what?!). 在上网
appeal：退回的不是我卖的东西，而且是坏的。

前几天我在ebay上销售2份ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS6 软件，价值350美元。该软件我是从
别处合法购买，由于不再需要，就挂在ebay上出售。
今天突然收到一份来自ADOBE代理律师的email警告信，要求我终止销售，还要在10天内
上缴1200美元罚款，否则就采取进一步法律行动。
现在的问题是我合法购买的软件在ebay上销售，觉得没有什么问题。我不知道是否应该
缴纳该罚款。如果不理它，我担心他们会给我的家里地址发正式的律师信。

第一次ORDER了1000刀的卡,结果就给寄丢了,和他们汇报收到AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS,公证
并选了REPLACE(刚加MEMBER,没经验,以为他们很快会给我重寄卡),把信寄还给他们一个
多月后没消息,只有和自己的信用卡公司DISPUTE要回了钱.
2星期前他们终于说收到我的AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS,我和他们要求把REPLACE换成REFUND,
他们说实际上钱已还给我了(因为DISPUTE信用卡公司没付给他们),但是我刚看我的帐单
,他们的20%REFUND至今还没收回去,
他们应该会自己收回去吧?还是需要我向信用卡公司要求? 就等着他们收回REFUND,退出
这个PROGRAM.

485填表说明上找到。请有经验的大侠指点。移民人现在持有效H1，所以不打算申请工

到10月有消息。居然要求补件，证明女儿18岁之前的母女关系！这有点扯啊。之前已经
提交了我的出生公证，妈妈的出生公证了...想问大家有遇到类似情况吗，感觉是川普
上台后故意刁难。
信是这样写的：

都准备好材料了, 属于闪电般准备的. 所以在邮寄之前, 特别心虚, 总是害怕出错.
可是又懒得再查看一次, 太烦了.
突然发现一个问题, 说:
Filing Fee :
Although USCIS does not charge a fee for this form, the Department of State
does charge a fee of $70 when the Affidavit of Support is reviewed
domestically. This does not apply when the Affidavit of Support is filed
abroad.
这是甚么意思, 864 到底需要附上支票不?

，比如说共同银行账户等等我们都没有，因为还没有住到一起，公寓lease也不在一起
，也没有孩子，affidavits不知道可行否，还有就是any other relevant
documentation，这是指什么呢？
我看了I - 130 instruction里面的的list要求一个或多个一下的文件，我好象都没有。
