However, the processing of this case is not yet complete. USCIS electronic

发帖数: 1 | 13 排期不到，没有visa number，也可以有预审的。另外，也有可能是visa number已经预
留了，或有其他的申请人withdraw application，先前assigned visa就有了，可以匀
出来。
另外，感觉“request for additional information”相较于"request for evidence
(RFE)"在整个审理过程中是更早的阶段。所以这个需要补交的材料，应该非常
straightforward.

的回复一模一样，一个孩子，就是跟着我申请的，历史简单，回复却说perform
additional review。感觉回复SR的就是专门回复部门IO，不管什么状况，就是模版一
发，他们分工倒是应当很细，各司其职；弊端就是衔接有问题，都闹不清楚把我副申的
材料放哪了。所以不用放心上。早就感觉SR没什么用，就是：反正什么努力都做了，图
个心理踏实而已。 |

without permits and sold as-is. 有违建的房子估价一般会偏低，如果是贷款买的话
，要有多放头款的心理准备。
你如上所说买了之后如果被city发现了有违建，无论是申请，修建，还是扒房就全部是
你的责任了。如果要办permit,先要去city申请，他们会派人来看你的房子是否允许加
建，如果房屋面积占lot size的比例已经没有加建空间了，你就得将违建扒了；如果地
够大但违建的位置不对，比如离property line太近，你也得将违建扒了。如果city看
了后觉得你可以申请，你就得交费开始申请，然后请人画图（几年前的行情大概是$7/
尺)送批，有时候如果牵涉到门框窗框或者地基的安全问题，你还需要请结构工程师。
。。所以很难说申请下来到底要花多少钱，我卖掉过一个房子有大概300尺的违建，买
方后来去申请permit花了大概$25k。 |

这几天订车，发现对additional driver fee 的文章讨论比较少
我来评价一下吧，主要说的是配偶免掉（经常包括同住的家庭成员，合作伙伴能，看具体条款）
Avis 和 Budget是可以免掉的，
hertz不免，但gold club的会员可以免掉，这个会员要年费，但网上有一大堆免费申请的链接。
enterprise可以免掉。但这个公司有个里程限制，出了临近几个州，远一点的州有150迈每天的里
程限制，超过了要收钱，对要跨越几个州的旅行这个公司显然不合适。
national的emerald club会员可以免掉，这个会员似乎要收钱，但网站上没有找到说要钱的条款
（也许是以前要收钱的？也许是很隐秘），不管，反正mousesaver网站上有免费申请的链接，有用
没用，点一下就好了。
Alamo的会员（免费的）也是要收钱的，不过后来在mousesaver.com上找到一个沃尔玛顾客（这不
人人都是嘛）的coupon，打掉一点折，免了这个费（好像是不需要是配偶的）。另外，似乎用
costco 或者sam's club的会员卡也可以免掉这个费用。
