用Fedex寄了一个7块多邮费的包裹，结果被surcharge了8.00的 Additional Handling Fee, 打
电话过去说是由于我的包裹在邮递，传输过程中掉地上了，所以需要有人去捡起来，需
要收 8.00。还没有办法dispute.
这个怎么办?运气太差了？？有人遇到过么？？ |

下？如果是这样的话是不是应该找几个认识，不会说坏话但关系也不很近的大佬放到Ex
tended list里面显得自己路子比较野？

inspection。大概两个礼拜后收到了小区的来信说有超过1k的additional charge。
说了四点：
1.Carpet Replacement $620.16 (heavy stains at traffic areas)
2.Double Paint Walls & Ceilings $475. (excessive amount of oil, grease, and
grime on both the walls and ceiling)
3.Tree Branch Damaged by Moving Van $ 50.
4.Extra Cleaning $25.
我有几点质疑的地方：
1. 我提前30天提交了书面通知说要搬离。房东完全有机会和我约时间做个damage
assessment。但他只是在我搬离之后做了检查，在我不在场的情况下做了换地毯和粉刷
墙壁的决定，却要我来负担费用。我认为这不合理。
