。好像是“鱼“的谐音和“IXOYE” (the Greek for “ichthus,” an acronym for
“Jesus Christ, the Son of God, Savior”)很接近吧， 所以当时才会用它来做标志。
现在有些圣经的封面上还用这条“Jesus Fish"。
只有一条鱼，或是一条鱼里面有十字架，或“JESUS", 或“IXOYE”都是很正统的吧，不
会是邪教。不过有人在里面写“Darwin",然后将鱼的方向改为头朝右，就有亵渎神的意思
了。

I am writing this letter to call for your action to strive for equal
treatment for foreign-educated engineers in engineering licensure for the
engineering and surveying professions in USA.
I am a civil engineer who obtained bachelors degree from a non-USA
univiersity. If you are an engineer, I am sure you know the importance to

What is FICA?

FICA is the acronym for the Federal Insurance Contributions Act. FICA
consists of both Social Security and Medicare taxes.
LoDI Payments received for more than six months had previously been deemed
to be exempt from FICA tax withholding by the IRS under a separate statutory
provision. Only LoDI payments made to an employee for a period of six
