上长，老鼠提供营养。结果可以长出来一个耳朵形状的软骨结构。这个实验说明这种材
料做的骨架加上软骨细胞可以用来制造软骨组织，拿来做整形用。我看这个paper还是
算靠谱的。比如说要隆鼻子，就不用从关节上砍块软骨，可以取点细胞来做一个鼻梁。

捡一筐橡子回去磨碎了喂猪。
我也试着吃过一次橡子，真是苦得难以忍受。据说是以前只有闹饥荒的时候，才去磨了充饥。
现在知道那是因为它含有Tannic acid，少量吃点没事，但吃得太多了会伤胃。
但松鼠和花栗鼠就很爱吃那个，老鼠也爱吃，兔子也爱吃。
磨粉之后，给鸭子和鸡，它们也爱吃。给猪，它也爱吃。
我个人认为，在人类中，Tannic acid肯定是被味蕾上的若干个受体感受到了，信号传到脑的
时候，连到了一个让脑感到不爽的神经细胞上。
而其他动物则不一定能特异感觉到Tannic acid，但它们却感觉到了淀粉，信号连接到了个
能感到美味的神经细胞上。
按说人类和各种啮齿类在进化树上也算是靠得很近的，起码相对于马、狗、猫、猪之类
的近多了。但却能通过味觉分辨出Tannic acid。
我个人的解释是，灵长类的祖先应该有很长一段时间是在树上呆着，主要是是吃果子、
树叶什么的。而很多种树叶含有大量Tannic acid。
兔子等动物可以特化出草食性消化系统，并吃粪便靠微生物分解有害物质，而灵长类则

篇原文来看看，原文是这篇2013年五月发表在Journal of the national cancer
institute的文章：Plasma Phospholipid Fatty Acids and Prostate Cancer Risk in
the SELECTTrial. 通讯作者和一作都是Theodore Brasky。
诈一看这文章发的还不错，JNCI影响因子13，14点左右。不过这篇文章的风格是非常
clinical的，很大程度属于resource based的研究（就是最关键的难度不是研究思路，
而是你有那么多的病人资源），所以吗，呵呵……而且我一看就以为一作一定是个MD医
生，没想到居然是个单纯的PhD做的，当然这都是题外话，一篇文章的好坏和发在哪里
其实没有必然联系，和谁做得也不一定有关系，而且这作者也不是日本人…….我们还
是先看文章
这篇文章讲的事情和实验其实都很简单直观，科普的说就是弄了一堆病人和正常人的血
