之前主要是基于X衍射或者核磁共振的技术开发和应用，拍一些单分子的裸照。82，91
，02年颁给X衍射和核磁共振的技术开发，剩下11个的给了应用。
而冷冻电镜，这次算是第一个（可能是第二个），直接给了技术。用它可以看更加复杂
、分子量更大的大分子复合体。这些大个头的结构当然更有复杂也更有意思。
这个技术开启了一个新时代，细胞里重要的复合体实在太多。接下来可能拿奖的那就是
：真核细胞的细胞核通道复合体；一一公搞的剪接体（这个结构无论在生命进化和疾病
相关都非常的重要）；G蛋白偶联受体（跟N多疾病有关）等等。
彦宁的工作好像确实没有什么希望，葡萄糖转运蛋白跟上面这些不是一个量级的。

如果只是针对一个table的读写，transaction可以用coprocs来实现
如果真的有对多个table的读写，看看business logic里的ACID是否绝对
必要，就算是财务系统，因为要跟银行打交道，有很多时候自己内部的
acid是不完全的，也是不必要的。
当然还有一种可能就是改schema，吧多个table的操作改到一个table里
这就要看都有哪些查询，各个频度怎么样。要的是速度还是一致性。
另外mysql也免费，还有acid，可以问一下为啥钟情于nosql。如果回答
是某些读操作需要scale，可以考虑用nosql作myql的影子。 |

深海鱼油中还有多不饱和脂肪酸，其中含有“脑黄金”之称的DHA（二十二碳六烯酸）
，有助于孩子的大脑、神经发育，利于婴儿的视力。但是，鱼油中还含有EPA（二十碳
五烯酸），它影响婴儿的心血管发育、视力等。
孕妇在服用深海鱼油胶囊的时候应当慎重。如果非要服用，请服用标示EPA含量最小的

trimester. Since I tended to throw up after taking my prenatals, my OB
suggested that I only take folic acid. There was no point of taking
prenatals just to throw up, including the most important folic acid. It kind
of worked - I threw up less frequently. |

也不给做 说流产三次以上才给查 目前就知道METHR C677T和A1298C基因变异,跟楼下说
的一样，one copy of each。看完后医生还给开了folic acid，没有提到folate跟
folic acid的事情，我倒是网上看到一个帖子提到过，还没往心里去，楼上folate跟
folic acid是医生告知的吗？下次再去换一家医院看看，目前这家不太靠谱啊 |

但是你是否知道flaxseed里面的n-3是alfa-linolenic acids(ALA),和DHA/EPA是不一样
的？
虽然理论上ALA可以转化成EPA/DHA,但是实际在人体中这个速度非常非常慢，几乎可以
忽略
ALA和DHA, EPA一样可以compete with n-6 fatty acids
