AA， 说穿了就是给亚裔上的“智商”税，如果亚裔以为他们在考大学的成功是智商使
然。 这和对富人抽更多的税是一回事。你讲的“ 多好的成绩， 是白人/亚裔就不可以
” 完全不符合事实。大学里乌泱乌泱的白人/亚裔才是事实。 而且事实上被告AA的哈
佛也好， UTA也好， 都是一流的名校， 完全没有大家危言耸听的“AA亡教育论”。
对富人抽更高的税是社会斗争平衡的结果，富人上街喊歧视吗？ 历史证明了喊了也没
用。顶多就就在具体数字上多点少点使点劲。多证富人税这个共识不会变。同样的，
在 diversity是社会共识的情况下， 以为成绩就是一切本来就是个不可能完成的任务

策的”。
当然这实践上的税率最终能走多远，本质上取决于美帝在全球的相对国力。。。如果相
对国力不那么强大的话，而税赋又沉重的话，富人也可以携资金外流，高智商可以举家
外迁。其实历史上美帝脱离英帝建国就是例子之一。。。而保持美帝相对强大就必须要
把自动化推进到底。但这样一来同时就是不断消灭低智商群体的剩余价值。。。总之在
长时间大尺度上跟 mother nature 对着干是一个没有任何前途的职业，大清慈禧太后

后来人有帮助。很多时候我们尽自己最大的努力去准备，结果如何，交托上帝手中，将
一切的忧虑卸给神，因为祂顾念我们。相信或走或留，有神同在，都会走出一条恩典之
路来。
1. DIY 还是找律师？
各有利弊。我两年前申请NIW时的时候找了律师，律师帮忙写的推荐信。这次申请EB1A
是DIY，主要原因是律师不肯接，理由是引用不过100，把握不大。想想有了NIW的经验
，推荐信再改改，DIY的难度应该不大，于是就DIY了。在DIY的过程中，感觉对于相对
来说比较弱的case，DIY肯定比律师来弄把握更大，因为只有自己最了解自己，也对于
自己的申请更上心，更能挖掘出闪光点。如果你的case很强，属于肯定能过的，找律师
肯定更省心。下面的可以不用看了。
2. 怎么准备I-140的申请？
第一步：做足功课。

我的背景简单如下：
1, 6 journal publications, ~15 conference abstracts, 写在一起当成authorship
claim了
2, citation 比较弱，〉20
3, review >30, 7 journals.
4, 6封推荐信，都是独立推荐人，分布比较广，几大洲都有
Claim了老三样， 有一个行业内部的Fellowship， 没敢单独claim,但是放在
contribution里说了，结果还是在noid里被纠出来狠批了，教训阿！！！
两步法，第一步，承认review, authorship, 不承认membership 和 contribution。
第二步（final merits analysis）,所有claim的都不承认，而且一条一条的批得血淋
淋的。

它藤校（工科偏弱)的某种混合。它的理科、工科、和文科都是排名很前的。而它的三
大职业（professional) schools里MBA和law也都是排名很前的，稍差的医学院也大概
可以进前十。
斯坦福是体育超强的学校。在NCAA拿到的冠军是最多的几个学校之一。顶尖的运动员的
录取过程和其他的申请人是一样的，都必须先通过斯坦福admissions，而athletics
department没有办法帮忙。因为这样，在2000年前后几年里，它的不少大的体育项目受
到很大影响。不少教练都有抱怨。

This way, most of the time you will achieve your goal, sometimes over
achieve your goal, which will make you very happy.
Before my last 10k, my goal was basically sub 53:00, there is not much

but those are cash gamers, and they do not move up(Suppose they use .5/1 to
achieve it, if they can move up to 1/2 , then I suppose it should be easier)
. That is very stressful.
Suppose I can achieve it by mixing 30$ and 60$ games, it could be much
easier to achieve it in 60$ and 100$ level.
I am not sure about it yet, but at least I can try. Assuming I can get 80K
vpp in first 3 months, then I can deduce I can achieve it in 2013. |
