achievement 不一定仅仅跟 higher intelligence 正相关，而且跟 Obsessive-
Compulsive Disorder 同时也正相关，搞不好相关性更大。
而你上面说的 “在精神不正常的边缘”，我觉得更多的是跟 Obsessive-
Compulsive Disorder 那块相关，而不是 Higher Intelligence 本身。
另一个角度看，Higher Intelligence 的确有一定程度的 pay evolution price。。。
但如果 evolution price 太高的话，那也会变成 evolution disadvantage。。。所以
不应该太离谱。。。但 Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder 是 achievement（而不是
intelligence）的 evolution price，就不好说。。。

5月3日和4日，美国由财政部长姆努钦、商务部长罗斯、美国贸易代表莱特海泽、白宫
国家经济委员会主任库德洛、贸易顾问纳瓦罗、美国驻华大使布兰斯塔德和白宫国家经
济委员会幕僚艾森斯塔组成的豪华谈判代表团来北京和中国进行贸易谈判，我方是副总
理刘鹤带队。
我们很多人都关心，究竟谈的如何，中国和美国会不会彻底走上对抗的道路?
在此之前，我们先看下美国商务部统计的对华贸易结构。
我们只要记住，2017年美国对中国出口的三大件就可以了：飞机，汽车，大豆。
其中飞机占16.3%，大豆占12.4%，汽车占10.6%。
而中国对美国出口最大宗商品是电子产品，占了26.9%，这也不奇怪，毕竟中国是世界
电子产品制造中心，苹果的手机，平板，笔记本电脑就是中国出口美国的最大宗电子产
品。
另外中国还出口家具玩具，占了出口总额12%，还有纺织品，占出口总额的9%。

总统川普与中国的贸易战结束了，至少暂时，最新的报告显示，中国占了便宜。
不可否认，美国与中国的双边经济关系有着根深蒂固的不平衡衡问题，历届美国政府也
没有成功的让中国应用通常或者外交手段来解决这些问题。川普先生采用了激进的对抗
手段，包括威胁施加关税，或许值得一试，以达到他想要的真实目的。
然而，根据现在报到的美国与中国的停战协议，川普先生看起来已经使用了美国的杠杆
，企图大规模的减少美国对中国3750亿美元的贸易逆差，这其实是一场可以预期得到的
徒劳之举。 他现在同意撤销关税威胁，以换取中国的同等对待，加上让中国购买更多
的美国农产品和液化天然气的承诺。 事实上，这些美国的销售并不能减少美国与中国

马拉松队长，击剑队队长，数学协会主席，物理奥赛主席，还有另外五个协会的主席或
副主席， 多年暑假在大学做研究intern. "
有什么achievement吗？这种简单的罗列在美国是没有任何意义的。真的，0分。这跟找
工作一样，全是名头和“participate, lead”这种动词是没有意义的，人家看的是你
achieve了什么。如果没有achievement，列这么多反而是付作用。而且，大家心里都明
白，国人刷这种单子是挺普遍的。
如果把这部分加强了，应该超有说服力。 |
