，实在手杆太细）。

早上吃的一大杯soy milk跑cherios。
中午吃了一个tuna sandwich，
snack吃了2跟香蕉，一个gala apple，两个ferrero rocher的巧克力球（看了说明3个
就是220卡，汗一个）
晚上吃了两块考Spanish mackeral，昨天剩的酸菜鱼汤汤丢了der黄瓜豆腐进切，打了

1. 10-2003 确诊，07-2004终于手术切除，期间Jobs一直在试自己选的diet疗法。扫描发现癌变在扩大才动了手术，这段时间癌转移的多少不可知，但肯定越拖转移的越多。
2.手术后没化疗和放疗。Jobs 2005年演讲说这表明病情乐观，不知是哪个庸医给他灌输的。2004年手术是大面积切除，部分胰腺和胃和小肠，胆和胆管都切除，目的是要消除扩散，但不系统化疗和放疗怎么能最大程度减少扩散威胁？哪个外科大夫这么信自己的手艺？
3.2009年换肝，这在扩散性癌治疗是有争议的，因为换肝后压制免疫反应有可能促进别处癌的生长。也有可能当时肝已经不行了没办法。
这种癌正常治疗大多数可活10年以上，Jobs真该到东岸Hopkins或Harvard找个靠谱的大夫。

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

. 所有我认识的怀孕的同事申请后都批准了。
评估申请的是个第3方保险公司。保险公司联系我医生时，医生只说说我有back pain，
没说严不严重。 结果申请就被否决了。保险公司说back pain不算他们的medical
necessity. 说我现在还可以回公司做坐办公室的工作。要是不回去工作，现在就算用
自己的假期，没有pay和任何福利。
我医生后来又联系他们说我还有low abdominal pain 和 preterm contraction，保险
公司说除非现在流血，高血压，或者 preterm labor,否则不改变他们的决定。我可以
appeal, 很可能这也无法改变他们的决定。
实际上我的腰疼是公司里受的工伤，一直做物理治疗直到发现怀孕后停止。现在怀孕后
期加重。很有可能是我医生一开始说的太轻，现在他们根本不相信。弄得应有的福利现
在都无法用到。

Well, can you tell me how many percent of svd women end up with a vaginal
tear, or a 侧切？ a well prep'd abdominal wound compare to a non prep'd
perineum wound, which one is more likely to get infection?
I have done several postpartum emergency hysterectomy(紧急产后子宫切除）,
all because of un-controllable hemorrhage after SVD. None result from C/S.
a few hundred CC of blood loss from every C/S is a non issue in pregnant
woman.

Cesarean section is considered relatively safe. It does, however, pose a
higher risk of some complications than does a vaginal delivery. If you have
a cesarean section, expect a longer recovery time than you would have after
a vaginal delivery.
After cesarean section, the most common complications for the mother are:
Infection.
Heavy blood loss.
A blood clot in the legs or lungs.
Nausea, vomiting, and severe headache after the delivery (related to

That's why physician should never be dogmatic. Pelvic pain and abdominal
pain are different but if a physician never had the idea that acute
pancreatitis can be a complication of pregancy, he/she just would be
clueless like the case.

most likely caused by preformed toxins produced by bacteria. The
symptoms were gone after 6 hours also support food poison by preformed
toxins.
The most common one is Staphylococcus aureus. The other one is Bacillus
cereus. BC usually be found in reheated rice, so it's unlikely the
culprit in this case.
S.Aureus can be found in meat, mayonnaise, custard. So I think S. Aureus
preformed toxin may be the most likely one.

Botulinum toxin causes descending paralysis started with diplopia,
dysartheria or dysphagia and facial paralysis. Vertigo is rare.
I agree with you on bacteria toxin. More common symptoms are N/V ,abdominal
pain and diarrhea. Dizziness is common but not vertigo.
When patient says dizzy, make sure if patient means lightheadedness or
vertigo. Big difference. |
