monitor is recommended.
Symptoms: unexplained anorexia, nausea, vomiting, dark urine, yellow skin or
eyes, fever, persistent fatigue, abdominal tenderness especially right
upper quadrant discomfort. |

ED when you have symptoms. An abdominal X-ray usually can help making the
diagnosis. Electrolytes imbalance, gallstone, hypothyroid or certain
medication may cause it. In case of obstruction it is possible that it is
related to adhesion from your C section. There are other causes of
obstruction of course. |

近几个星期有left flank和left back pain。Pain level 2/10。医生怀疑肾结石。做
了腹CT with IV contrast。结果如下：
CT Abdomen+Pelvis wo+w IV Con
There are no renal stones or hydronephrosis. No solid enhancing renal masses
are present.
There is no bowel obstruction. The appendix is normal. There is no free air.
There is no intra-abdominal abscess. There is mild rectosigmoid
diverticulosis without evidence of diverticulitis.
目前症状略有减轻，但每天清晨会醒。感觉有气在左下腹肠子里经过。排气后即无不适
。有时会打嗝。
几星期前大便过硬有微量便血。医生检查后说是肛门有小撕裂，叫我不要担心。

我父亲陪我妈来看黑色素瘤，可能自己也长期劳累过度；上上周二出现无痛全程血尿，
上上周三我们看了社区医院urgent care,np只做了尿检。安排上周三b超和周五见医生
。医生觉得b超和尿检不说明肾上有肿瘤，可是也无意解释全程血尿一般说明是肾上问
题。 urgent care医生约了泌尿科医生，但遥遥无期。也不允许我们做ct 检查。请求
专业人士给予指点。
1）b超中说cyst是囊肿还是肿瘤？“3.6cm cyst is noted in the lower pole. 9mm
nonobstructing calcification is noted in the mid to lower pole.” 3.6cm和钙
化是不是说明时肿瘤？
2）如果有肾肿瘤，b超是否可以发现？还是必须做增强ct？
3）如果是肾癌，这种情况是不是应该立刻回国手术？
家里悲剧一个接着一个，有点举足无措了。谢谢大家。。。

发帖数: 44 | 7 ultrasound看到了宝宝。小小的看不出形状，但看到了强有力的心跳，扑腾扑腾的。
最后测出心跳123，宝宝大小6周4天(只比按例假推算的小1天)。总之，宝宝一切正
常! 多谢JM的祝福和鼓励。
不过，ultrasound也测出我有一个大的子宫肌瘤(11cm)。唉，我持续spotting and
abdominal pain的原因倒是找到了。希望这个子宫肌瘤不要影响我的宝宝(还是得要
宝宝版的祝福)。
怀孕的历程真的很奇妙。大大小小的担心和不适使准妈妈们为迎接小生命的到来做
好了心理素质的锻炼。

information. What are you expecting?
The bleeding after 1 month of D&C is different from that within a week.
However, if the bleeding causes anemia or cannot be controlled, the
management will be different.
If the patient really worry about it, she may start regular birth control
pill.

weeks 1 day pregnant. But the ultrasound showed the baby 8 weeks 5 days. And
no heartbeat detected. My blood work looks normal. The doctor gave me 2
options: 1) D&C tommorrow. 2) Wait for another week to have another scan.
But the hope is almost zero.
I was so devastated.... Last week I felt weird abdominal pain. Maybe that's
when the baby stopped growing. But I still hope the doctor is wrong. I want

doctor's order for stomach x-ray and blood check. I would suggest you
discuss with your ped seriously and let him/her know your concerns and see
how he/she responds. If he/she keeps saying bs such as :"it is normal for
kids to complain about stomach/abdomin pain, blahblah". Then definitely go
find another ped. Since I don't think kids would complain about pain when

是害死人啊。
首先，貌似国外没有肋骨外翻这一概念，根本查不出“肋骨外翻”对应的英文。
其次，俺在baidu百科“肋骨”一词上看到这么一个说法，“1、如果你发育未完成的话
：孩子的肋骨外翻是由于大多数孩子的肚子都较大，加之肋骨偏软，张力的关系，久之
就会出现肋骨外翻的症状。随着孩子的生长，胸廓展开后症状即会消失。微量原素在正
常水平的低线，应从饮食上继续补充为宜，并多到户外活动，接受阳光的照射，促进钙
的吸收。” 俺觉得这话比较靠谱。
另外，前几天我带娃checkup的时候问过儿医，他说如果缺钙，肋骨的表现应该是可以
在肋骨上发现小的bump，单纯肋骨明显不代表缺钙。

, it help keep track of baby's development. We could see the heart beat,
measure the size of the baby on the screen, that was one of the reason why I
always look forward for the next appointment so I can see my little one

after I called the OB office, but the technician can't see the heartbeat (

status? activity status? in take怎么样? adding juice recently? changing
formula lately? 以前大便情况是什么样的？
你说你在这里能问出什么？上面的问题是俺问的（上次有个患儿家属打电话和office
nurse说有腹泻，你看看握给他们回个电话要问多少问题吧）。与其等这里的non
