一直没吃过什么药，现在终于撑不住了，已经影响到我正常社交了。
看了医生后开了药 loperamide，好像还挺管用的。这个药能不能长期服用啊？
IBS不能根治的话我可不可以就后半辈子吃这个药啊？有没有什么副作用？

发帖数: 240 | 2 I offer my sympathy. All drugs have side effects. We use benefits/risks ratio to justify the use of a drug. It appears that you would need to take it.
When the doctors dont really know what the heck is going on, they would make up a name for the symptoms. It is IBS in your case. A few things you can do. I suspect stress might be the trigger, since it is quite common for Chinese overseas. Try different stress relieving techniques to see whether it helps or not.

谢~~~~
我爸也有IBS，和我症状一样。压力，紧张会加重我的症状，但应该不是产生的原因。
不管怎么样，好歹现在有药能控制。希望长期服用没什么副作用。

medicine. There are experts around here who might give you further help
when they have time.

发帖数: 153 | 5 IBS的确是让医生们包括GI医生们头疼的一组病。无法根治。没太好的治疗方法，就是尽量避免诱因，对症治疗，复写止泻，便秘通便，肚子痛止痛。 |
