分什么的。redfin是给出8，9，10这种分数的。
narrow down到几个小区之后，仔细查了查各个高中的API report。发现和那些8，
9，10的分数有出入啊。836的高中redfin说是9分，可是850的高中却是8分；864
API 9分，866就10分了。
API我是看的官方API report. 这个几分几分的，在哪里看？我看有人还说8.4，
7.6什么的，这种是在哪儿看到的？如果864 API 9.9， 866 10.0还算make

document, 还要先付 appraisal 和 credit report 的费用, case如果稍微复杂一点,
比如 cash deposit, 房子正在装修, 等等, 就更受Lender的蹂躏了. 对于忙碌的硅工
来说,
如果利率只差0.125%或0.25%。就不知道是不是值得化这个时间.

【P1阶段】
申请亲属移民时，申请人将资料备齐，递交申请I－130至美国当地的移民处理中心，然后，拿到档案号码P1,也就是I-130申请的收据，里面会有三个英文大写字母加10个数字，三个英文字母分别是EAC或WAC或SRC或LIN,以美国移民处理中心来分。
【P2阶段】

费时间的部分是和civil surgeon 预约， 我们这儿小农村， 就两个医生做这个， 而
且一周只做一次， 队排满了， 我们在网上找的附近的城市， 往返开了5个小时。
坑爹的医生什么实际的事情都不用做收了$250, 只看以前的疫苗记录然后签字。
有个乙肝疫苗没打， 后来自己去学校医院打的， 去医生那里来回开了3次往返。
Aug 14th 递交所有的材料
Sep 5th RFE
Sep 11th 打指纹(打指纹好像网上没有更新，是直接收到的邮件)
Oct 18th RFE response review 开学之后忙了， 磨磨蹭蹭弄了一个月才把RFE的材料
回复过去。
Nov 12th 又收到电子RFE的通知， 正式的邮件花了2周才收到， 收到通知RFE的原因

你妈的I-130要求你的出生证。你爸的I-130要求你的出生证和他的结婚证。
他们每个人的I-485要求那个人的出生证、护照、签证、I-94的复印、两张照片、I-864
Affidavit of Support（I-864自己也有附带材料）、I-693体检、G-325A、等。
I-765和I-131也需要照片；I-131也需要I-94。

father in law checks 1d). if your 公公 have enough income (>125% FPL after
including all his household members + you), it should be no problem.
Otherwise, USCIS must deny your application.
No I-864A is needed here, because you don't have income and you are not on
the same tax return with your husband.

通过本论坛，我找到了一位在家附近开律师楼的朋友，约了一个小时的付费服务，他帮
我review了一下所有材料。
如下结论：
1， 肯定不能file I-290B
2, 重新file I-485， 再缴纳申请费1070（包括打指模，其实我已经打过了指模）
3， 补I-485 缺少的那个I 864， 不用缴费。
2，3，之间，他说法律没有明确规定，要我自己选择，到底重新file缴费，还是只是补
交上次的材料。
按照移民局给我的notice of decision，他罗列了我的deny理由，第一次要求的材料是
XXX，可我交上来的是XXX，fail to submit XXX，其实就是我先生的I 864，但是明确
告诉了我be denied。摘录要素如下：

这是嘛意思呀？我们交了这个孩子的出生公证，以及母子关系公证，都是中英文的，I-
864里也列出这孩子了
这是让交什么呀？
