看多了德国坦克手的超人战绩，偶然发现的一个英雄的苏联坦克组干的事情（1对
43）,大家都来瞅瞅:
时间：1941年8月13日，列宁格勒附近Krasnogvardeysk村。
人物：苏联KV-1坦克车组，战术编号864，车长lt.Kolobanov
战绩：单车击毁德军22辆坦克2门火炮，战友击毁20辆
过程：接到命令后，864号和另外4辆KV-1在村子附近挖坑伪装，防守几个路口，抵
挡德军第8装甲师的进攻。由于目标明确，因此各车都带了多一倍的弹药，其中2/3是穿
甲弹。首先要介绍下864号所处的位置，山坡上的树林，坦克正面是位于沼泽之间一个
十字路口。
第二天，德军第八装甲师的侦查部队通过十字路口，不久后大部队也赶到，大约有
43辆坦克。864号车突然开火，击毁了第一辆和第二辆车，随后击毁了德军坦克总队的

- 补充了出生/结婚公证书的一些细节
- 刚接到USCIS的通知，说我父母的申请“很可能”不需要面试。但是由于USCIS
太忙，可能在接到此通知6个月内都不会有啥进展。到了6个月如果还没啥消息，再
给通知。这对我倒是个大好消息，父母正好要回国呆6个月，这下不用担心需要突然
接到通知回来面试了。

- 父亲的绿卡批了。母亲之前被重新打指纹耽搁了两个星期，不知道是不是因此
慢一点。之前听朋友说曾经有USCIS通知说不需要面试，但是最后还是要求了面试，
很是担心了几天。现在终于放心点了。

- 补充了出生/结婚公证书的一些细节

I-130:
Copy of petitioner’s birth certificate 不需要
I-864: Affidavit of Support,不需要,这个是和I-485一起作为I-485的支持文件.
Evidence for bona fides of marriage: 感觉边缘证据太多,没意义,挑重点的,象有孩
子的孩子的出生纸,联合银行帐号给一两份statements,等等,类似证据过多,会分散处理
人的注意力.
I-485:
Copy of passport identity page, visa, I-94, SSN;有要求SSN COPY吗?感觉在表里
填清楚SSN就可以了.
Copy of 3 month paystub;三月的PAYSTUB太多了,建议抽几张不同时代的PAYSTUB就可
以了.

如果这个petitioner自己收入不够，这个人的儿子有可能当他的household member，或
者当一位joint sponsor。
这个儿子必须跟这位petitioner一起住，或在这位petitioner的税表上被claim为
dependent，才能当他的household member。如果当household member，这个儿子就填I
-864A，跟着这个儿子的收入就在petitioner的I-864上出现，加到他的household
income那里。就是说petitioner和他儿子的收入加起来要够担保这个儿子的household
size。
如果儿子当joint sponsor，这个儿子就填自己的I-864。两个人的I-864都不会提到另
一方。他们的收入不加起来。这个儿子自己（也许加上儿子自己的household member）
的收入要够胆包儿子的household size。 |

刚才替先生把他的I 864填写了一遍，感觉好复杂。
有几点疑问：
1，先生，和公公，各给我填写一份I 864，对么？
2，如果我婚前有一些存款，是否我有必要将我的CD 数目写在 I 864上，先生开始都为
空，我一直不知道有这个选项。
3，I 864A 是先生、公公以外的担保人填写的， 若他们二人收入足够了，就不需要找
其他亲戚填写 I 864A了，对么？
4， 以上表格的签字没有特殊的公证要求？
5，Sponsor's householder size, 就写我一个人，还是包括他们自己，都要写2个人？
例如先生的I864, sponsor 一个人，加上自己一个人，总数2个人？
6， 如果我重新提交I 485的话， 是否$1070需要重新缴纳？ 若如此，也太黑了吧。

husband, and from father-in-law, separately) must include 2013 tax returns,
W2, 1099s, and all schedules that are applicable (schedule A/B/C/D... and

办绿卡必须的东西。LZ可以想办法用存款和其他不动产补足，具体去移民局官网看864
经济担保的要求。或者你可以寻找联合担保人，解决864问题。一旦解决，立刻可以

在485部分，你还应该提供：
i) A copy of LG's naturalization certificate
ii) A copy of LG's notarial birth certificate with English translation
iii) A copy of our marriage certificate
iv） OPT document
I-693表是有移民医生填写，你在USCIS网站上可以找一找你们城市的移民医生，打电话
问具体情况。
“问题又来了，我在一年的OPT期间就是在医院里面做了Volunteer。需不需要让我医
院提供一个证明？我在今年的4月15号之前有报过一个税表。反正是说我没有收入。像
我这个情况的话，这个税方面要怎么办呢？”

刚才查了一下：
”办移民的经济担保书，是 I-864 表。但是，是不是所有办移民的申请，都需要这个
呢？答案是 "No".
对于 Family Based 的移民来说，不论 Sponsor 是否有正职，都需要填 I-864. 如替
家人交了 I-130 的永久居民或公民，给未婚夫（妻）交了 I-129F ，为孤儿交了 I-
600 (I-600A) 的。
而职业移民一般是不用 I-864 的，只有一个例外。作为职业移民受益者的你，如果申
请人是你的具有公民或绿卡身份的亲戚，或是你有亲戚在给你申请职业移民的公司中占
有 5% 以上的所有权时，你的这个亲戚需要填这个表来为你进行担保。所以，对于 EB
来说，你很少有机会能用到这个表的，除非你是有个有钱的亲戚”

你收入不够可以用到household member或joint sponsor。
你的老公应该当你的household member，填一份I-864A。他的收入会在你的I-864上算
进去的。
如果不是household内的人，就要当joint sponsor，分开填一份I-864。不能和你的收

package里应当include 她最近3年的tax returns 和近期的paycheck stubs吗？
130 已经在我绿卡期间就交了但排期还没到。 现在变公民， 要求upgrade
immigration category 同时交485.
在我的864（Affidavit of Support）里， 我没有包括她的收入（因为我的已足够了）
。我的864 里只交了2011的joint return。 因为864 只要求提交the most recent
year 的.所以2010和2009年的tax return 不用交。 2010 和2009年的只要填一个
income number 就行了。
我知道employment-based 的485 必须要交 alien's employment letter， 最近3年的
tax returns 和近期的paycheck stubs。 不清楚marriage-based 的485要不要交？

master's）快到期。刚准备结婚（与公民）。。（22号那周结完，OPT是到6月3号到期
，差不多8月1号之后就不合法了）。现在知道婚姻绿卡的话应该不会因为我的身份问题
受到阻碍。然后不清楚在会不会因为我没在8月1号之前把130,485file上去，而影响到
我EAD的申请呢？
一些是我现在所知道需要准备的东西，所有的材料都还没有填写。请大家帮忙补缺补差
。问题比较多。。真的不好意思。。
I-130 Petition for alien relative LG填写
1) G-1145
2) A check of $420
3) I-130 form
4) A copy of LG's naturalization certificate
5) A copy of LG's notarial birth certificate with English translation
6) A copy of our marriage certificate

I-864是在申请移民签证或者调整身份时，用以证明申请者有足够的经济能力，不会给
美国社会造成负担的表格。
当符合以下情况，在申请移民签证或者调整身份时，必须提交I-864表格：
1. 美国公民的直系亲属，包括配偶，21岁以下未婚子女，21岁以上美国公民的父母
2. 亲属移民申请者，包括美国公民的21岁以上未婚子女，绿卡持有者的配偶和未婚
子女，美国公民已婚子女，21岁以上美国公民的兄弟姐妹
3. 在亲属或家庭成员控股5%以上的企业中工作，并提交工作移民申请(E1,E2,E3,E4
,E5) 的申请者
另外，I-864移民经济担保对担保人还有一定要求，必须符合：
1. 18岁以上并且现居住在美国境内的美国公民或绿卡持有者
2. 收入达到或超过贫困线标准的125%，或者
3. 如果担保人收入低于贫困线的125%，可以用联合担保人（如家庭成员）的收入或
财产共同担保，并同时提交I-864A表格 |

package里应当include 她最近3年的tax returns 和近期的paycheck stubs吗？
130 已经在我绿卡期间就交了但排期还没到。 现在变公民， 要求upgrade
immigration category 同时交485.
在我的864（Affidavit of Support）里， 我没有包括她的收入（因为我的已足够了）
。我的864 里只交了2011的joint return。 因为864 只要求提交the most recent
year 的.所以2010和2009年的tax return 不用交。 2010 和2009年的只要填一个
income number 就行了。
我知道employment-based 的485 必须要交 alien's employment letter， 最近3年的
tax returns 和近期的paycheck stubs。 不清楚marriage-based 的485要不要交？

864.现在就是不知道这样的话应该怎么填petition sponsor I-864呢？
petition sponsor I-864 收入那一个选项，是填自己的收入，还是把自己的和joint
sponsor收入加在一起写呢？

intro
普通EB类移民是不需要file 864的，只有family based和EB中几种特殊情况需要。 |

mentioned both in I-130 instruction & I-485 instruction. That is why we put
it in a separate envelop and added it into checklist of both 130 & 485.
Are you saying that I-864 should be packaged together with I-485 only?

1： I-864： Submit an affidavit of support (Form I-864) if your form I-485
is based on your entry as a fiance, a relative visa petition (I-130) filed
by your relative, or an employment based visa petition （I-140） related to
a business that is five percent or more owned by your family.
你明显不属于这些情况嘛，所以你不需要I-864

commission-based的工作，我去年底被laid off），最近三年中有一年的报税单没有达
到125%以上的poverty line，有两栋房子（无贷款），市场价大概120万左右, 月租金
两栋5500左右。
目前我们bank statement存款不多，每月主要靠5500的房租收入，如果以房产来补充，
看Instruction上说要找agency来评估net value，需要那么复杂吗？还是提供房产证，
每年的地税bill，还有目前的leasing agreement就好？
这样有风险被拒吗？
如果我找一个joint sponsor另外填864，那我的864上还需要补充asset这部分吗？因为
补充上去了就肯定是够的。是不是只要提供三年税单（没有符合标准），然后目前自己
失业直接看joint sponsor的就好？老公还需要填864A吗？
最后问一下，current income是纯收入吗？需要剔除expense吗？
