先两面放盐，孜然，胡椒，辣椒面。
oven预热375C，
cast iron锅一只再炉子上加热，
锅热了在羊排表面涂点油，进锅sear,2-3min翻面，翻过来应该是焦黄而不是焦黑，时
间自己调节，两面都sear好了连锅一起进烤箱。
烤7min,翻面，再烤7min. 这样是全熟的。家里有小朋友没办法，
自己吃的话我喜欢再少烤一两分钟， 肉稍有点粉红， 更好吃。
比羊肉串好吃太多了。 |

一年前第一次参加了,这次感觉跑得要舒服一些.
最后成绩21:07.
LP也sub30完成了.
简单的写写感觉.
温度60F,sunny.
今年大概有200-300人.出发后感觉周围的人速度快过我的预期.
大概放了10个人超过我,保持在接近7mins的pace.
虽然累,但是觉得还能撑得出.
觉得最累的是 1~1.5 miles的时候.有点觉得扛不出7mins 的pace.
过了半程似乎就好多了.
去年跑得时候1.5 mile也感觉是个临界点.
过了2mile,开始略微加速,超过了几个人.
2.5 mile 那段上坡, 觉得肌肉不是特别疲劳.
最后0.25mile 加速超过了几个人.
跑完觉得可能可以再快点,但是会很难受.
以后还是慢跑,跑长一点的距离算了.

Pizza饼原料：面粉200克 45度温水100克 酵母1/2茶匙（3克）盐1/2茶匙（3克）蔬
菜油2茶匙（10ml）
Pizza topping 料任意（我这里用的腌制的里脊肉丁，另外还有两片培根切小片），
mozzarella cheese
1. 将原料放入盆中，揉成光滑的面团。
2. 发酵至2倍大
3. 将面团擀成厚度为1cm的圆饼
4. 在上面刷上pasta sauce
5. 接下来的步骤任意放入自己喜欢的肉类撒上一层 Mozzarella cheese 条，然后再铺
蔬菜，再撒cheese
6. 400度15分钟就差不多啦。也可以先不要放蔬菜，先烤5-7min后，放入蔬菜加cheese
注意：蔬菜可能出水，可以提前在锅里面煎一下，生肉类也是，这样可以避免烤制过程
中出水将饼皮变软。 |
