发帖数: 247 | 16 在东北部，看了很多房，都是3 BR，2.5 bath，有5个都还过得去，但都有缺点，想问
问意见，选择一个做offer：
1. single family house，上市2月多了，降到400K。1956 年的ranch，~2700sqf，地
税 $3800, solid stone and brick exterior，有porch，前后院都很大，后院之后时
隔country club。2个车库，driveway上至少可以再听4两侧，不堵住车库，at the end
of a cul-de-sac。对面的几个房子看起来也不错，都带有私人的pool。但这个房子的
隔壁是个较小的2成吧。同个路上还有一个小一些的ranch在卖。
优点：全部wood floor，前后院大，尤其后院fenced- in yard.
每个房间都很亮，有很大的窗户。
缺点：1.房子较旧，wood floor明显看得起来有些旧了，不知道2000年现任房主买的时
候重新打蜡过没。
2）浴室的洗脸台明显的先简陋，肯定需要自己再做柜子。

中信银行，去交签证费，顺便熟悉下使馆周围环境，看看有没有给检查材料的，看看材
料是否合格（关键是看看照片是否合格，不合格，就在赶快照几张）。
中午直接在附近找个地方吃饭，下午1：30签证。

经验总结:
1. 找房子的网址

很多信息,大部分是agency. 有service apartments
2. 找中介
好处:信息来源可靠,大部分人很负责.国内客人不少,基本上普通话可以交流
坏处:要交佣金.一般是一个月房租的四分之一到一半,房东,租客都要交.因此房东要的
租金也会更高些.长租和算,我因为要的急,只好多交了.
一定要多找几家中介,多选择,说清楚自己的要求,提条件,杀价,杀佣金.有bottom line
plan, 老实告诉中介有了其它选择,他们一般都会为你争取一些利益.
找到感觉好的,就定.现在租市很火,很多人卖了自己的房子转租.

碑。所以我就选择的楼下网友推荐的Burlington的harvard vanguard medical center，包括停车也不过7min。OB是affiliated to BIDMC，虽然一心想找一个B&W的，但是附近这家没有他家的MD，不过估计也足够好了。谢谢各位哈。
这里跟大家分享一下选MD，我主要参考了：
(1) Bluecross Blueshield：显然要在它家里。不过发现它家信息有点过时，有些时候，MD可能从一处办到另一处，BCBS往往不能及时更新。所以最好的方法是结合医院网站（往往更新及时）来确定那个医生是不是还在那里。我这个OB目前就显示还在另外一个城市呢。
(2) 医院网站：主要是hospital affiliation，毕业学校，从医时间等。不要太年轻，也不能太老。一般我assume她们拿到MD是30岁，所以她们大概年龄="30+从医时间"，40~50岁最理想。男性大夫不考虑，嘿嘿。

锅里放水煮开 搁上蒸架
蛋液+水打匀 碗盖上保鲜膜 放进去 锅盖留一条缝 防止锅内温度过高
5-7min后即成
大包一定不烧菜~~
我试过的，不可以 不成形呢 好像一定要炖 所以才叫炖蛋阿 |
