,最近可能睡得太晚,还胃口大开,就各种snack招呼,樱桃,草莓,鸭脖,牛肉干,
五香豆干,不知不觉就吃爆了。求拍,以后再不能乱买小吃了。

饮食方面才刚开始有所节制,加上用myfitnesspal,一不小心吃爆,calories就超了,
看着数字涨上去,就适当控制一点。不过我很难控制在1000以内。
最近的晚饭,拌黄瓜,海带,蒟蒻,各种蔬菜汤,还是很撑肚子的。

来跑的感脚。希望有一天我也能跑到5迈。
