大意是:各种exercises对人起到的效果不同,要善待自己、不要强求。有些人喜欢去
gym,running等,那是最好。可很多人不喜欢,怎么办?对于不热爱运动的人来说,有
两个法宝:1)每天尽可能的走路,越多越好。椅子是杀手,不要见到椅子就坐啊;2)
一周3次,每次1分钟的高强度运动。比如,竭尽全力地短跑(或蹬自行车)一分钟。

看来将来找另一半,先得检测一下那11个基因,否则儿女多容易肥胖、糖尿病呀 |
