Hello from Amazon.com.
We are writing regarding Order XXX. We note that you have provided only a
partial reimbursement for this order. In this situation, a partial
reimbursement is not appropriate because it does not address the cause for
which this claim was filed.
Please note the refund should be processed taking the product's original
price, in this case xxxx.
In cases where the merchandise is returned in a condition other than the one
in which it was sent, you are welcome to use your own discretion in issuing
a partial reimbursement. Please issue a reimbursement for this return
within three business days. If a reimbursement is not completed in that time
frame, your account may be debited for the full amount of the order.
Please note that we can reverse a decision of a partial credit if we
determine the buyer should have been eligible for a full reimbursement based
on the circumstances. As noted in Section (5.m) of the Participation
Agreement:
"We reserve the right, upon termination, to set off against any payments to
be made to Seller, an amount determined by us to be adequate to cover
chargebacks, refunds, adjustments or other amounts paid to Buyers in
connection with Marketplace purchases from Seller's Account or GC Account
for a prospective three-month period. At the end of such three-month period
following termination, we will disburse to Seller any amount not used to
offset chargebacks, refunds, adjustments, or such other amounts paid to
Buyers, or seek reimbursement from Seller via any of the means authorized in
Section 5.k. above for any additional amount required to offset chargebacks
, refunds, adjustments, or other amounts paid to Buyers, as applicable."

定是因为收多了或者不该收引起的。

莫非一定要在20%以下？
