发帖数: 1348 | 1 The buyer bought a pad from me and after using it for 70days, he requested a
return saying the product is defective. I wrote back immediately saying it
can only be returned in 30 days. After that, I did not get any email from
amazon. I even wrote back to amazon asking for help , but no any answer from
amazon. My home page of the seller account did not show an AtoZ claim
either. So I thought the buyer just took it.
Today I got email from amazon saying the AtoZ claim is finalized and all the
money was refunded to the buyer. I got so astonished. Now, I find that only
when I go click "View Details" in AtoZ claim page can I find this AtoZ
claim.
I try to appeal , however amazon keeps on answering me saying it is final.
Right now, the buyer has both my products and money on his hand. And amazon
said that he can get money without having to return to me.
Is this what Amazon encourage buyer do ? The seller on amazon cannot get any
support even though we follow the rules? | b*****s

假使被spam了，那我怎么能收到最后AZ claim 被final批准的信在inbox里呢？
现在只有求买家行行好了。这个买家是阿三，被他赚了。
