Your add stated Brand New Seal the phone arrive in a unseal AT&T Box phone
was not Brand New that my main reason for sending it back, I have bought a
lot stuff from Amazon over the years i have never bought an item that was
not fullfilied by Amazom the only reason i bought from is because you stated
the item was seal this is my worst exprience on Amazon i intend to fight
for my hard earn cash.

need to make a fraudulent case with the contradicting buyer's statements. In
the return reason, the buyer stated better price available, which indicated
that the buyer received a described item. In Amazon A-Z guideline, it
specifically spells out that the better price cannot be used for A-Z claim.
Now the buyer claimed that he received a unsealed item not as described. You
need to tell Amazon that you send a factory-sealed item (picture available
as requested). You might say that the buyer opened the sealed package. To me
, if buyers return a sealed item, I issued them full refund minus shipping
fee to avoid any hassle.
