是 brand new and sealed. 但是买家昨天收到后就在Ebay开了case,
Buyer's Message:
hello . i recently purchased a fuel band from you and im unhappy because the
item was not as described. first of all. you said it was brand new and even
sealed. which was not . the box was already open and even the band shows
some wear signs. but the worst part is that your item is defective and
doesnt even work. its a defective item . i would like to send it back for a
full refund. please get back at me as asap. thank you
请问大神们这种只能 move on 吗？
顺便问问一下， Fuel Band 上有没有 Serial Number? 从来没有打开盒子， 所以不
知道 band 上都有什么， 外包装盒子上倒是有， 我拍照了。

number, tell ebay that USPS is officially investigate on this buyer's crime.
I would suggest also let buyer know that you officially file mail fraud
case against him in USPS, and USPS agent will investigate on his claim soon.
Some evils might withdraw the case. |

楼主记得给对方地址的警察局打电话也报告一下

sealed。
我之前有个case是请别人帮我寄东西给buyer，buyer也是file一样的case，我一开始也
以为是evil，后来自己一查是我朋友先把东西拆了看一下又封回去再寄给buyer。 |

交了，最好是给ebay客服电话，然后顺便把report这个buyer，最后看ebay怎么判了
先回复买家:
Hi there,
This item is brand new and sealed and I have the receipt showing where it
was purchased. I have taken clear pictures showing condition of this item
and the SN has been recorded. All these proof are ready to be presented to
ebay should ebay customer representative be involved.
If this item is DOA, I can accept your return and you will get your money
back. Please understand that the item condition will be inspected and SN
will be checked after returned item is received to prevent fraudulent
returns and restocking fee may apply if return is not due to seller's fault.
