I have purchase the laptop from you so which arrive with defective HD. Now
you want me to chase Lenovo to replace it. I did call them and they told me
its going to take 2 to 6 weeks. Now I have to wait for that long to use the
laptop. So this is not a positive experience rather negative experience. I
paid you for laptop that is suppose to be working now HD is not working and
I have to chase Lenovo.
I had to spend $149 to get a new HD to replace it.
