should ask Amazon if the buyer indeed contacted you before firing AZ. Amazon
will also remove all emails or phone numbers in the email, so both buyers
and sellers cannot communicate each other without going through Amazon.
But for $200, you should purchase signature. FedEx has automatic signature
if you purchase $500 insurance. I lost a case for over $100, after that I
purchase signature for most above $70.
