Though it claimed new tech to improve the accuracy on genome sequencing. It
looks like just improving the sample preparation/combination, the core
sequencing tech does not change.
sequencing tech is highly competitive, the third generation sequencing tech
will be out soon, (oxford nanopore.. et.al.)

for the rebound of the resubmission hope, sell before resubmission.
for the resubmission, after resubmission.
for the belief of their product. hold until FDA approve.
There are some risks should be in mind,
1. DCTH's manage team did not do their job well including delay the
resubmission date for several times.
2. DCTH does not have enough operation capital, they will dilute the stock
again.
3. The potential problem of NDA is might more severe than they claimed. (
should their product be regard as new drug or medical machine?)
