自行车 course profile：
Maximum Elevation - 395m
Minimum Elevation - 287m
Ascending - 359m
Descending - 363m
"I did Steelhead and Muskoka last year. At Steelhead I did the bike
comfortably in 2:48 and then at Muskoka I did an embarassing 3:40 on the
bike. Muskoka is an extremely difficult course for a flat-lander who does
not train on hills a lot. I think that that Craig Alexander called Muskoka
the toughest 70.3 in the world last year when he won. The other problem with
Muskoka is that mid-September in northern Ontario is probably going to be
cold and wet. Since you are in MI I would suggest Steelhead for your first
year of 70.3s. Muskoka is a wonderful race with great atmosphere and
community support, and a beautiful area, but a big challenge."

发帖数: 19210 | 10 本来是94公里的course，结果有两弯转错了，最后骑了98公里。回家把胖妞装trailer
里兜了两圈，凑足了100公里，勉强算是骑过（metric）century了。

发帖数: 19210 | 12 这个不算难，小山丘而已。铁三比赛里我见过最难的是西班牙的Ironman Lanzarote
Canarias，那可是正儿八经的大山！总共要爬 2,551米（8,369英尺）！

From the most recent race data, St. George, UK and Lanzarote are easily
toughest, followed by Cozumel, Lake Placid and Wisconsin. Austria, Arizona
and Florida are among the fastest courses.
