锻炼有助于大脑。
锻炼的好处，不用多说了吧？这个好像现在已经是一般的常识了。
Dr.Medina 很可爱的建议，学校每天最少2次recess；教室/办公室都应该配备
treadmills。且身体力行，每天工作中间休息多次，并在在自己的办公室treadmill上
边走边处理email :)

人的大脑到底是怎么developed？大脑是拿来干什么用的呢？
看看作者的定义
Performance envelope: The brain appears to be designed to solve problems
related to surviving in an unstable outdoor environment, and to do so in
nearly constant motion.
脑子是用来解决生存问题的；当然是在不停的运动状态下，在外界多边的环境里来解决
跟生存相关的问题地；
人脑有抽象思维（运用字符思维）的能力，我们看到一个字符，可以由很多种联想；
人脑像一台机器，它可以像一个数据库一样储存很多知识信息；同时还有能力利用这个数据库来创造实践应用；（一个好的学校，要能平衡发展学生大脑的这俩个方面；基础知识雄厚，同时也要培养良好的创造创新运用能力）；
如果外界条件不断恶化，人类想生存下去，要么变得更强壮要么变得更聪明；聪明，那就得脑子好使。一个好使的脑袋，需要一定的size，且需要一定的时间成长。由于人身体的局限，不可能娃一生下来就带着一个成熟的脑瓜子。所以，人类要给孩子提供一个孩童时期，给大脑一个发

问题来了，在孩子成熟之前，大人必须能够生存下去，必须给娃们提供一个安全的生长环境。咋办呢?人类决定跟他人和平相处: We decided to try to get along with each other. 我们开始学习与他人合作，培养团体意识，团体精神。
人之所以可以与他人合作和平相处，是因为人脑据有Theory of Mind的特质。
We try to see our entire world in terms of motivations, ascribing notivations to our pets and even to inanimate objects. Theory of Mind is as close to mind reading as we are likely to get.
This ability ot peer inside somebody's mental life and make predictions takes a tremendous amount of intelligence and not surprisingly, brain activity.
总而言之，人脑也是进化来的（比较废话），知识创造能力都必要，识人的能力也很重要。

简言之，每个人的脑子都不一样，就像每个孩子的身理成长一样，每个孩子的脑子成长
速度不同，每个时期发展的区域也不同。
才能（intellegencs）是多种多样的，很多是一般的IQtest没有检测到或者无法检测的；
基于每个人的大脑是不同的，能够读解一个孩子的mind就可以成为老师手中的一个强有
力的“武器”

减少课堂的学生；因材施教，教学尽量个体化 |
