some American architect, before starting any work, suggested me to talk to
surveyor, who would charge 1800-2500 lot survey.
some Chinese architect said he should be able to work around and get the
city to accept the plan, or just survey one line (for a side extension
project) instead of the whole lot. that would save some money too |

什么技术含量，纯粹为了city规定。
我现在拿到最低的quote
Site survey - $1300
Staking the boundary $500
Certification $350
我对这个的唯一要求就是价格。 |
